I don't always love or read sci-fi/fantasy books. In this case I am so happy I did. The book has action, suspense, a bit of romance and a ton of what the hell moments. Alex feels like he is not himself almost as if he is living a life that is not his. He wakes up in a field with no idea how he got there and discovers his life is not what he thought it was. He begins to find out the truth about the world and what he is. I really loved the plot it kept me guessing the whole book. Just when I thought I knew what may happen next, I would be surprised by another twist. I can not wait to read more books from JA Hayman. This is his first book and it is Amazing.
