Aubu1964 I started this novel on Saturday June 9th 2012. The wetlands of Norwich one of the East Angilian government greatest cites to ash and rubble. Families stood next to each other watching the remainders of their homes burning with all their belongings going into the ground. Hastings had a daughter who was 14 and she had nightmares. Hastings went back where the furs was and it smells so bad. They had weird names again in the novel like all the rest of this series was. I enjoyed this novel . This was a sad one every ones house had a fire. ShelleyMA

This series is a combination of myth and history and fiction...fictional mythistory? As I read them I was reminded of the tales around a blazing fire in Denmark~ or at least what that might have been. Great Sci Fi~ dark and brooding.
