Larry Stuart is a Cornell University graduate with over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has worked with the Walt Disney World Dolphin, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Loews Hotels at Universal Studios Orlando Resort, Southwest Airlines, and others. He has contributed as a hospitality expert for FOX News, is a contributing writer for, and is the CEO of LS Hospitality, a leading consulting firm for high profile hospitality brands. A dedicated family man, Larry is currently the President of the Florida Cornell Hotel Society and resides in Greenville, South Carolina with his wonderful wife.

In Larry Stuart’s book “The Spirit of Hospitality” he passes along the values that are so passionate to him. This book will help you build a foundation of integrity which will transform you from ordinary to extraordinary in your personal and business lives. The book is full advice on how to bring the best out of yourself and others along with real like stories that are inspirational. In this day and age the World could use more people living with the Spirit of Hospitality. I recommend this book to all who are about to embark on a career. James Greene

I really enjoyed Larry's book! It is a phenomenal resource on the importance and benefits of a hospitable heart. He encourages the reader to serve with passion and excellence, and to find ways to make others feel cared for and valued. It is a "must read" for anyone in the hospitality industry as well as for personal character development.

This Journal is a refreshing breath of fresh air on the art of Customer Service. "The Spirit of Hospitality" by Mr. Larry Stuart is a wonderful Primer on the foregoing subject. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or a new entrant in the Service field you will find yourself enjoying Mr. Stuarts experiences while absorbing the basic fundamentals that every business must master, Corporate or Private. This book provides great informative information on bringing the “Spirit of Hospitality” back into, not only your workplace or business; but your everyday life. Mr Larry Stuart really went above and beyond to really capture what the true meaning of hospitality should really look like. I really suggest everyone to read this book.
