About the Author

Bobby Days has lived in Combe and the neighbouring village, Stonesfield, all his life, which is where most of the adventures of the Steeple People are set. Bobby has also spent a great deal of time in Cornwall over the years and has built strong relationships in the small seaside town of Mousehole where some of the characters visit from time to time in the series. He has been a Stonesfield Slate Roofer for 35 years and is the main roofer for Blenheim Palace Estates: another setting for our intrepid adventurers! He has had the idea for these novels since his daughter, Shelley, was born in 1990 and finally got round to writing about the adventures of the Steeple People in 2012.

The Steeple People - the Snow Circus, is the first in a trilogy of novels about the steeple people family.
