About the Author

Tom Brady is the quarterback of the New England Patriots, a team he has played for since 2000. During his time with the team, he has won five Super Bowls, and in four of them was named MVP (Super Bowl XXXVI, XXXVIII, XLIX, and LI). Additionally, he has won two league MVP awards (2007 and 2010), has been selected to twelve Pro Bowls, and has led the New England Patriots to more division titles (fourteen) than any other quarterback in NFL history. As of the end of the 2016 season, Brady is fourth all-time in career passing yards, fourth in career touchdown passes, and third in career passer rating. With a career postseason record of 25–9, he has won more playoff games than any other quarterback, and appeared in more playoff games than any player at any position. The TB12 Method is his first book.

    I bought the book at the B&N store in Framingham, MA - I've already read the first half and I find it excellent! Its really two books in one - it describes how Tom persevered throughout his career to become, to many, the G.O.A.T and it provides insights on the discoveries and the strategies that he has adopted to reach the pinnacle of fitness in the most demanding of sports. The suggestions in the book are immediately actionable and he covers everything from diet, hydration, pliability, exercises, and healthy recipes. The quality of the book itself speaks to how Tom strives for perfection - the paper, photographs and illustrations are first class. I wish I had this book when my daughter, a former softball pitcher, was experiencing chronic elbow and forearm pain. Now I'm 60 and working out regularly and see several opportunities to incorporate his precepts into my lifestyle and workout. I believe everyone, from Pats fans to budding athletes to folks just looking to be healthier will benefit.

    This an excellent manual on alternative health and wellness. It is good information for athletes and regular people alike. Mr. Brady is an all time great offering valuable tips and recipee. Recommended.
