I loved the book so much

At the end of "The Thought Readers", I had so many questions. Darrens story unfolds so nice in this book. His discovery of what/who he actually is, this special world he's in made me stop breathing. I thought I knew what was going to happen but I got really surprised. I really did not expect that. In this book you get to know more about the Pushers, but also more about the Readers as well. I really enjoyed Darren seeking out answers, the whole plot of the book and the narration. It seemed like there was more emotions in Roberto Scarlato's voice. It's a definite MUST read.

The amazing story continues. Each book is better than the one before. It is just great how Dima Zales is building the story of her characters, how she intertwines their paths and making each of them complex and unique in their own way. I have read the first book as a courtesy to give my opinion but now I anticipate next one with excitement. The tense filled scenes make you read it in one breath. Definitely a good read that any sci-fi/fantasy reader should have on his bookshelf.

o far, this is the best book of this series. I was not expecting what happen in this book. It changes everything we learned from the first one and it just keep getting better and better. Darren learns more about his family and also meet some Pushers who make him change how he sees the mind dimension. There are some plot twists in this book that I could stop reading it and I still want to know more about Darren story. If you are in doubt of choosing the audio book or the normal book, you have to know that the narrator is better than ever, all the characters have their own accents, you know who is talking by only listening to his voice. The book is already awesome to listening to but his narration make it even better. Can wait to read the next one!!!

A perfect ending to the journey... for now Part two of the series brings us into the world of pushers - the other group of people who can visit the Mind Dimension. Instead of reading people's minds, as readers do, they have the ability to push people into doing whatever they want. The following text contains spoilers for those who did not read the first book. Please read it first. The story begins with Darren thinking about who he really is. It troubles him that he can read other people, but also can push them, which is unheard of. He will soon meet a group of pushers, and he will find out how two groups became separated. This meeting will present us with a view that not everything is black or white, good or bad. I particularly liked this part because it can be projected to the real world, too. With this new knowledge he will go back to his fellow readers. What follows is something you should read for yourself, since it is impossible to describe it without spoilers. I will just say that there will be quite a few unexpected twists, and the story will grab you and not let you go until you read all of it. Some of the scenes will literary make your heart jump. I can definitely say that this is the strongest book in the series, at least from an action/thriller standpoint. I will eagerly wait for the next book in the series, especially since I have no idea where it could lead us from here.

I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised by “The Thought Pushers”. I had so many questions at the end of “The Thought Readers” that I wasn’t sure where the authors were going to go with the sequel, but I was looking forward to finding out.  “The Thought Pushers” does a great job of building on events in “The Thought Readers” as Darren’s story continues. We get to ride along with Darren as he continues to discover more about who and what he is, the world he is a part of, who is family really is, and so much more. The plot twists keep coming and keep you guessing what’s going to be around the next corner. And of course, there is the complicated relationship with Mira, who can do a complete 180 if the wrong thing is said or even implied. The authors did a great job with continuing to develop the characters into people I cared more and more about as the story went on, and the story kept drawing me further into it. The nicest surprise for me was the quality of the narration. I wasn’t very impressed with Roberto Scarlato’s narration of “The Thought Readers”, but this time around I thought he did a really nice job. There seemed to be more emotion in his voice, which is a characteristic that significantly contributes to keeping me interested in the story and the characters. I give “The Thought Pushers” a definite 2 thumbs up! And now I’m really looking forward to the third installment of this series as well as the offshoot, “The Time Stopper”.

I loved “The Thought readers” as story was solid, great character development, and great voicing for making this narrative come to life. The introduction of the pushers is great with a darker side promising more twists that keeps you listening for hours.  The pushers as a whole different branch that has a bone to pick with the readers is an exceptional concept, which story keep flowing with more intense moments. The quiet has once again, proven to be a useful tool for keeping Darren alive and aware of the dangers surrounding his kind. Darren has went through a lot of transformations since the first story, but as always he’s  just a quick-witted when faced with  the overwhelming truths about his deceased parents and their linage to a secret society that’s hidden to the rest of the world. Darren and Mira’s complex relationship is both comical and grim which makes their encountering all the more appealing especially with Mira trying to kill Darren for various reasons. I am looking forward to listening the next installment in this unique series.

(spoiler free) This serves as an amazing sequel to The Thought Readers. Fast paced and engaging, the story picks up immediately after the previous storyline ends. There are still a lot of questions about Darren, despite being the main character. He gets a fun, nuanced portrayal that somehow matches his personality, perfectly. This I think is my favorite part of the writing. While his powers are still being elaborated on, it does not bog the book down at all. We get more details on his family life as he himself learns of the secrets being kept. We also get to learn more about the world of readers and pushers. In addition, there is more going on concerning the events from the first book, it makes you want to go back to find the pieces from Thought Readers that are falling into place now. Two books in and I can not recommend this series enough.

After I have finished The Thought Readers, I was looking forward to the next installment, The Thought Pushers and when I finally got my hands on this one, I was so ecstatic to read it right away! Authors, Dima Zales and Anna Zaires, writes with a persuasive pen that will pull you deep into the story. From the first page, the readers get thrusted into the continuation of Darren's exploits with secrets unfolding page after page. Finally, he finds out his true identity– him not only being a reader, but a pusher at the same time; finding out that his shrink is a guide(less harsh term for a pusher); learning that he has an aunt and that pushers are not really their enemies like what Mira and Eugene believes. Darren also learns that the real killers of Mira and Eugene's, as well as his parents are not who they think. I don't want to give away too much info regarding the twists so it's up to you to find out! Get this book now! You can thank me later.

I read the First Book in the Mind Dimensions Series, The Thought Readers. The Thought Pushers: Mind Dimensions, Book 2 was a well written, and much anticipated sequel to what I must say, was a very good book. The characters created by the authors are believable and delightful, and you will find yourself on the edge of your seat, wanting to find out what is going to occur next, routing for the good guy, dreading the bad guy, wanting more. Once again the subject matter of the supernatural/preternatural, telepathy and mind reading just are cool to immerse yourself in, and although its an awesome subject matter, its easy to fall flat if you dont do things just right, if you try and take over someones head with the subject matter. This never did that., and that was something I appreciated as a fan. I hope more is coming with this series, as it really deserves more treatment from the authors.

A great sequel to the very captivating “The Thought Readers”, this book had a lot to live up to but it does not disappoint and is a great piece of literary work in its own right. This is the story of Darren, who at the end of the last book is left questioning the full extent of his abilities, could it be that he is actually a Thought Pusher and not just a Thought Reader? This follow up develops Darren’s road of self discovery, for example who were his birth parents and what were they hiding that led to their untimely death? Who was responsible for killing them and is Darren facing the same deadly fate? If he truly is a Pusher, what does that mean for him and ultimately his very fragile relationship with the untrusting Mira who has sworn vengeance on all Pushers? This is a very dramatic and intense story, in which you really gain a deeper understanding of the characters. The plot is developed and progresses very cleverly. I was pretty sure I knew how this sequel would go, but it kept me guessing right up to the end with suspenseful plot twists, it leaves you wanting more. This is a very exciting and captivating psychological thriller and an extremely promising sci-fi series.

Another great book by Dima Zales.  As a follow up to the ever popular The Thought Readers, The Thought Pushers picks up where the first book left off. With many twists and turns, The Thought Pushers educates you on not only the Pushers but gives you a little more insight on the Readers as well.  Darren continues to go the the Mind Dimension and we get to see from his perspective, as well as others, how this effects those around him.  We also learn that he has a relative - but I'm not telling you anything else; read it for yourself. If you have not read this series, I highly suggest that you do so immediately.

Intense!! What exactly is Darren? Who were his parents and why were they killed? Is it somehow linked with Mira and Eugene’s parents? This book delves more into the worlds of the readers and the guides. Darren gets an in-depth look into both sides from the inside. He also learns he has a relative. Who is the puppet master that keeps pushing to kill Darren, Mira and Eugene? It all goes down at the bridge. This was an intense page turner from start to finish. Darren is even more powerful than either group initially thought. Who can he trust, whose side should he choose? I can’t wait for the 3rd installment to reveal more answers and twists!
