All this authors books are a joke,i stopped reading when i the muscle building workouts had no weight or rep recomendations and no lower body workouts. How do you have a muscle building program with zero lower body excercises! Has she not heard of squats,dead lifts,or lunges? She needs to find a new job and stop giving out all this terrible advice.
Some old school ideas that have been proven to be counterproductive, incorrect diet advice, etc. As a trainer and basically intelligent individual, I would have to assume that the writer is a novice amature spreading dangerous "bro-science." Do not do anything in this article without first verifying the validity of the statements yourself.
