I collected GI Joes as a kid and now as an adult trying to finish collections its very helpful and handy to have. It is amazing how many little pieces can go with a certain vehicle or figure. This is a must have for GI Joe collectors.

Any type of GI Joe fan or just a casual toy collector or someone looking for a nastalgia trip, this is the book for you. Bellomo's 1st book was great, but he really hit it out of the park with this book. It is fun to read Bellomo's updates on each figure and to see the 100% better pictures of the vehicles. This is a must have for anyone who appreciates the lore of the Real American Hero. Great job Bellomo and YoJoe!!!!

While I'm no collector, I bought this for sentimentals reasons as I had a few of the toys growing up in the 80s. This is well written and researched IMO with plenty of info and pictures. Transformers are my favorite toy line of all time and I hope Mr. Bellomo will be releasing a similar guide to the line as well!

The guide provides very useful information for any collector or dealer of action figures. The pages are clean and the images and descriptions are very detailed.

Mark Bellomo is a good guy and has thoroughly reviewed this segment with the collector in mind. The second edition presents a great upgrade in the illustrations and the guide is invaluable for a collector trying to complete a collection. Short of using online collector resources like www.yojoe.com, this is the definitive one-stop. The prices are a good baseline, but for up-to-date information periodicals may be needed. The only items not covered are non-toy merchandise (i.e. toy tie-ins like: collector cards, role play, kids clothing/sheets/sleeping bags/backpacks, etc). I hope that a forthcoming title may be produced covering the 3.75" toy line from 1995 thru 2009 (covering the TRU years, GvC, VvV, and RoC segments).
