Can a vampire dance and shoot at the same time?

Vampire bounty hunter Nathaniel Newburg follows his mark into Nocturne Falls, a place where it's easy for anyone to hide and blend in. At first it seems as though he has his prey cornered, only to confront a beautiful feline-shifter Camille Nahuel instead. She dances around the floor with sultry steps, instructing a ballroom class, and dances around his heart even faster. Oh, Tango, the game is on. Can Nathaniel control his annoyance long enough to finish his job and save his love?

The Vampire Bounty Hunter's Unexpected Catch is the first book by Larissa Emerald set in the Nocturne Falls Universe. Take a twirl around the dance floor with a flirty feline shifter and a sexy vampire.

It was good, but I didn't like how it just ended. He was saving her and then she was asking him back to her place. The end.

Larissa Emerald wrote this novella at the invitation of Kristen Painter for Ms Painter’s Nocturne Falls Universe. While taking place in Nocturne Falls, it is a story meant to be followed to Ms Emerald’s series, Blood Keepers. A rogue vampire, the bounty hunter chasing him, and a jaguar shifter meet in Nocturne Falls during the week of Mardi Gras. It’s interesting how Ms Emerald introduces her characters while being true to Nocturne Falls and its inhabitants.

The author used Nocture Falls to facilitate a meet-cute between two of her own characters. In doing so, she provided a well -written but incomplete half story. I will not be following the characters to Terror, MN.

I really enjoyed the story.... Wished it was longer! I will definitely be reading more of this authors books.

Did not fit within the framework of this series and was barely understandable..don't buy it. Why not ask Patricia Briggs or Eileen Wilks to write one. At least we would be assured of a good book.

Yeah. No. Thw author takes her own mythology about Vampires and imposes it onto Nocturne Falls. Doesn't work at all That said, outside of that problem the author's writing is good and I would potentially read another book by her, just not one that is hybridized as this one is.

Oh gosh, I can't get enough of these books. This one may be short but it is absolutely packed! It drags you right in. I could picture everything like I was there. It was fun seeing deputy Cruz and Julian. And oh did I love me some vampire Nathaniel. He was a great hero. Camille was a wonderful heroine. I looked this author up and noticed she has a series with the hero's boss and in the next book, we will get more of Camille and Nathaniel! I am subscribing to her newsletter. Sounds like the town in Terror, Minnesota is interesting like Nocturne Falls. Can't wait to read about it. This book made my day
