He also has Asperger Syndrome that led him to Yoga in an effort to relieve the stress of working in a modern corporation while fighting his tendency to avoid social situations. Eventually anxiety and depression medicine were required. Being a writer is a "natural" result of Asperger Syndrome. Practicing Yoga for long hours is also a way to avoid social situations.
