I took the Barnes & Noble Class 'How to Grill Well' and now that I am getting better at grilling, I would prefer to grill more veggie style meals. I found this book and it has 200 of great recipes for the grill. It contains not only vegetables, but also soups from the grill, breads, pizza, pasta, and desserts. Eating more fruits and vegetables also decreases your risk for cancer.
