About the Author

B. D. West is an American author of fiction, children’s fiction, poetry, short stories, crime, fantasy, supernatural fiction and science fiction. Originally a native of Tennessee, she fell in love with the mountains of North Carolina. The local folklore and artistic culture of the people of the Blue Ridge Mountains, have been an inspiration for the tales she writes.

B. D. West’s words written on paper, the poems spoken from the heart, and the daring fictional worlds she builds for the readers are a tribute to the passion she has for writing stories and bringing new adventures to the readers. Her debut book, Wynter Of Wolves released in 2020, followed by Wynter Of Wolves, The Seven in 2021. As an added surprise for her fans, B. D. released her debut short story collection, The Dark Of October in 2021.

B. D. West is an avid reader and a fan of Edgar Allan Poe and books written by Indie Authors. In her free time, she loves walking in the park, reading, traveling, talking with fans on her social medias and spending time with her family.
