In The Whispering House, we meet Eleanor Radcliff who’d just moved to Fresno from San Jose for a change of scenery and to heal from her mother’s death. Her house in the woods holds a secret which relates to her past and the parallel world which is accessible via the nearby Lay Lines. Her handsome neighbor Michael Stevens and the cute sheriff Rodney Tyler who come to her aid more than once. Marci’s fantastic writing paints vivid pictures, transporting you to the parallel world she created. I felt like I was right there hiking in the woods with Eleanor and Michael. I loved her creativity with the Lay Lines, the Itari, the Gehglers, and the Giningeri fesuhn. I highly recommend this fast-paced, page turning tale. I couldn’t put The Whispering House down. I’ve read all of Marci’s books and highly recommend them all. Terri Talley Venters, Author of Elements Of Mystery Books
