At the heart of Trudy Wade’s first science fiction novel lies a troubling question:
Can redemption be found millennia after a crime is committed?
The question haunts Lar, a warrior who battles the ruthless Clesso on dozens of worlds. But Lar has never been on a mission as mysterious – and perhaps profane – as what he faces now. Guided by his powerful father, Lar and an expeditionary force are traveling to Eran, a world corrupted by Lar’s ancestors many generations ago, during the first great age of exploration.
Long forgotten, Eran may now hold the knowledge necessary for victory against the Clesso, who threaten the very existence of Lar’s people. But first Lar must pay the price for what his ancestors did to Eran and its inhabitants so long ago.
That price will transform him – as it will everyone who reads The Worlds We Know by Trudy Wade.

Excellent Read! A must for science fiction lovers. Couldn't put this one down - can't wait for the sequel!
As I was scrolling through the books offered in Sci-Fi, the cover of The Worlds We Know caught my eye. As a reader that enjoys adventure and suspense, I was hoping the cover was an indication of what was ahead of me. I was captivated from the beginning. The storyline incorporates long-ago and present-day with many twists and turns along the way. Which leaves me contemplating - could this have really happened? I really hope there is a sequel from this new author. Great book.
