Having read other books by this same author, I knew that her approach was going to be positive, spiritual and practical. More importantly she starts with the source to successful weight loss: you. Each of us have different reasons for having the 'Yo-yo' effect. This book helps us to face and diagnose within us the emotional or mental issues that have either not been dealt with or realized, then uncover and finally address them. After having lost 51 lbs, I am faced with the biggest challenge of finally keeping the weight off after 21 years of yo-yo dieting. I want to stop this and have been very inspired by this book, as well as enlightened to many of the reasons I have turned to food when I'm not hungry.

This book did nothing for me. It is more of the same information with a twist of spirituality imbedded in changing your lifestyle to eat healthier. I do like the author's personal touch and how she came to enhance her own lifestyle.
