This was a man who did many things and did them outstandingly well. Roosevelt's willingness to go the extra mile, to put fear in the back seat, were qualities that he saw in his beloved country as well. America is a better place for having known Theodore Roosevelt.

Well written and informative. I would recommend this to all.
He was a true leader, and he did a lot for the middle class working person, I beleive President Wilson did more for the people than Teddy Roosevelt, but Teddy Roosevelt did do lot of good for the middle class working person and for conservation and many other things. I wish the Republican party still had members like him running for offices today, but instead we have a Republican party only for the rich, and trying to make it harder and harder for the poor working class to get buy, cutting medicare and medicaid, cutting food stamps, trying to get rid of the minimum wage, and trying to privatize Social Security. All that is why I left the Republican Party a long time ago and I've been a very happy Democrat ever since.
