The editor of the Theologisches W�rterbuch zum Neuen Testament, he has been Professor of New Testament at the University of Erlangen since 1954.
Geoffrey W. Bromiley (19152009) was professor emeritus of Church History and Historical Theology at Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. He was best known as the translator of numerous theological books, including the 9-volume Theological Dictionary of the New Testament.
