Overview

Use this book of tips to avoid similar unwanted situations from reoccurring in the coming year(s). We learn from our mistakes! I've learned a lot this past year through and with friends and family, and through my own (sometimes painful) trial and error. I am here to share what I have learned with you!

There are 366 tips (one for each day of the year, plus one more in case of a leap year or a particularly challenging day) and several bonus facts. Consider this a condensed open journal from the last year. Each tip is one that I have learned from a mistake that I have made, or is something that I had wanted to tell someone else, but didn't find it appropriate in the moment. All of these tips should be slightly applicable, however, and it is my hope to add a bit of humor and relatability to your every day life.
