About the Author
Richard Dolan has spoken about UFOs for audiences around the world, has appeared on many documentaries, and was host to a TV series. Prior to his interest in UFOs, Dolan studied U.S. Cold War strategy, Soviet History and culture, and international diplomacy. He lives in Rochester, New York.
