Dr. Goliszek writes that stress is the underlying cause of all disease. That's true, but if you're looking to heal yourself of a particular disorder, the methods given here may be too roundabout.
The book needs copy-editing; errors were glaring and distracting. And a good copy editor may have come up with a more descriptive but still compelling title.
