About the Author

Claire Harcup developed magazines about dinosaurs, books and CD-ROMs about wine, and an animation series for children with autism before she started writing picture books. She now heads up the writing team at communications consultancy, Quietroom. She lives in London, W11.

Gabriel Alborozo is a cartoonist and illustrator based in East Sussex. Over the years his work as a cartoonist appeared regularly in numerous magazines and papers, including Private Eye, Punch, the Spectator, Prospect, and the Oldie. As an author-illustrator for children he has created books for Henry Holt, Bloomsbury, Simon and Schuster, Walker, Candlewick, Childs Play, and Allen and Unwin.
