Overview

In “Thriving in a Disruptive World: 6 Critical Concepts for Navigating the 21st Century” Julius Pryor III presents six critical concepts to assist in navigating the disruptive environments we find ourselves in today.

In this time of disruption, many are out of work, in transition or simply trying to hold on. As we move deeper into the 21st century, we will be increasingly challenged by our surroundings. Understand there are huge opportunities in times like these, and that you can thrive rather than just survive. You have to be confident in the prospects of what you do not yet know. You have to be willing to fall and get up again. You have to be ready to extend yourself. To be successful, you have to learn to become more comfortable being uncomfortable.

The six concepts presented in this book are valuable for thriving in any kind of disruptive environment. They are as relevant to business people wanting to succeed in a disruptive economy as they are to college students traversing a sluggish job market. This book is as relevant to a team looking for a competitive edge on a volatile global playing field as it is for a single parent burning both ends of the candle.

For anyone trying to figure out the next move, there is something in “Thriving in a Disruptive World: 6 Critical Concepts for Navigating the 21st Century” you can use to move forward.
