4.5  Delish and steamy stars Favorite Quotes: “Her walk reminded me of the marshmallow man from Ghostbusters – her arms far from her side as she took large steps on spread legs.  She stalked to the bathroom in the most ungraceful way, but that was my girl.  I wouldn’t change a thing about her.” “Suzy, it’s life’s imperfections that stand out and make memories.  They’re what great stories are made of, and we’ll tell them over and over again.   Imperfections make the world more interesting.” “Sometimes words are more painful than any physical harm inflicted by another person.  Pain evaporates, but words last a lifetime, replaying in our memories and feeding on our insecurities.” “You consume me and became a part of me.  Your love is as vital to me as the air I breathe.  The thought of losing you terrifies me.” “As hard and sexy as he was, the soft and loving side of City was what ultimately stole my heart.  The man loved me so fiercely that no one could ever come close.  The small looks he stole when he thought I wasn’t looking, the loving touches as I fell asleep, and the sweet nothings he whispered in my ear when he thought I was dreaming – those were the things I loved most about him.”   My Review: Sigh, sweet tender love and a romantic wedding with a handsome and wealthy - yet tough, bad ass, heavily tatted, biker dude that tends to end arguments with his fists.  I am a puddle.  Just Like Suzy’s, my mother would never approve.  Chelle Bliss has mad skills.  Her characters are quirky, interesting, funny, and highly likable, even the annoying ones that you don’t expect to care for.  I do believe I have become her oldest fan-girl.

Chelle has once again blown me away! This novella was beyond amazing! It was the perfect way to add on to the City and Suzy story. I fell  in love with them in Throttle Me, and was so sad when their story ended. When I found out there was going to be a novella about their wedding, I was beyond excited!!! City and Suzy are just perfect together.Oh City...can he get any better? Of course he's his usual hot, dirty  talking, over-protective self, but why would we want anything else! I loved read his perspective through this whole wedding process. He loves Suzy so much I can't help but smile just thinking about those two.I really admire Suzy. She's going to have her hands full for the rest of her life. City is one tough cookie, but lucky Suzy knows just how to handle him. Now their love/trust is tested in this novella, but everything works out for the best. How could it not? I mean City and Suzy are meant for each other. The epilogue was amazing! I won't say anything about it because I don't want to spoil anything, but you'll understand once you read it. This was a great story between books, and I can't wait to get my hands on Resist Me!!

Not worth buying, the writing is pedestrian and boring - there isn't much of a story - and I had a very hard time getting through it.  If the leads have to tell the reader how they are feeling without the writing to support it - it just doesn't work as well.

I am a huge fan of anything Chelle Bliss and this novella is no different. I feel in love with City's overbearing protectiveness over Suzy, and Suzy's shy innocence. They balance each other out perfectly. Throttled just added to my to how much I love these two characters and to finally see the complete circle in their HEA. This book is HOT and leaves me needing a cold shower and wanting more off the Gallo family.

City and Suzy return in this novella.  We get to see what happened between these two after his accident.  After getting engaged, we find out the path their lives have taken.  City realizes, after making a grave error at his bachelor party when he turns into a caveman yet again, that he needs to be a better person for Suzy.  Suzy still tries to be the good girl and goes out of her way to take care of City, especially after his accident.  Overall an easy, fast read and I found it to be pretty enjoyable.  If you liked them in Throttle Me, you will like them in this book.

Chelle does it again.  I fell in love with City and Suzy's story and it is so fitting to go through another milestone in their life.  The Gallo's are so funny and I love the family maybe more than the two lovebirds. Although it's a novella, it was so funny, steamy and action packed.  City is a alpha male and with that being said, there is only so much he can do to control his temper.  He loves Suzy to no end so NO ONE will ever touch her. He loses it and it makes you wonder is her ready for the life that they both want. I loved ever single word and incident in this book. The family is always there to bring a little perspective back into things. I am hooked on this series and I can't wait for Izzy's story. I think this her story is going to be hot and we are going to see a little more than we are anticipating from her. Chelle gives us nothing but great books!!! 5 Stars!! Nothing but 5 BIG STARS!!!

City and Suzy are back for this short follow-up to Throttle Me. Fall in love with them all over again as they prepare for their big wedding day. And yes, the rest of the gang are all back too.  Sophia. Mia. Izzy. Anthony. Michael.  This novella was the ultimate epilogue for me and the perfect read for my first flight home from Miami.  My, oh my, has Suzy grown as a person. Every time she cursed I fell more in love with her. Just like City, her dropping the F bumb did something for me. Remember when she was a shy school teacher who didn’t curse? Not anymore. Now she’s a sassy woman who truly compliments City in every way.  City was still my favorite. He’s crass, possessive, and head over heels in love with Suzy. It was also that very attribute that almost broke  them up before they even got a chance to say I Do.  “I wasn’t born yesterday, City. You need to eat.” (Suzy) “The only thing I need to eat is your _____.”  (City) I died when he told her this. That mouth of his was so sexy.  Tattoos + High Sex Drive + Piercings+ Alpha Male = Perfect Man =) Once again, I fell in love with the dynamics of the Gallo family. They were very loving and supportive of each other.  But at Thanksgiving, I fell in love with Pops when he said, “I’m thankful to live another year to hopefully see the Cubs win the World Series.” HAHAHA! So would everyone on the North Side here in Chicago.  The one hiccup:  All I want to say is thanks Izzy.  BTW….A friend of Thomas named James made his way to the reception. Upon first seeing him, Izzy was rude as hell and was not a fan of his when he said “ah, you’re that Izzy.” Bwahahaha! I felt a love connection instantly. In case you didn’t know, Izzy’s story, Resist Me, is next, and guess who is in it? James!!!!!!!! I can’t wait to see what sparks fly when James and Izzy get together.  Complaints: I’ve got none.  Ratings: 4.5 stars
