To Love a Knight [Knight Family Trilogy / Kimani Romance Series #68] by Wayne Jordan

Tamara Knight used her skills as a healer to save the hunk of a hermit next door. While caring for him, her awareness of his rugged sensuality and commanding strength kept her awake at night. His gruff exterior hid secrets he wouldn't share, but that didn't stop Tamara from sharing herself or her bed with him in nights filled with mind-blowing passion.

When Kyle Austin opened his home to lovely Tamara, he almost forgot his painful past. Even as he warmed to her intoxicating touch, he was working out a plan, because now Tamara was all that mattered.

I highly recommend this book to others. I love how the character Tamara went after Kyle because for me that kept me interested. I not going to go into a lot of details because that throws me off from reading a book when another reviewer tells the whole entire book. I really want others to read this amazing story. Also, I liked how the book gave you preview on what went on in the first book in the series because I didn't read 'One Gentle Knight', but I don't feel like I missed anything. I am definitely going to read the others ones though. Great plot and characters this book really emphasized the value of family and friends seeing that just because something tragic doesn't mean your life is over.

Veterinarian Tamara Knight knew as a child what her calling in life would be she always nurtured injured animals. However, when it comes to the male of her species that is a different story all together as she is a failure though she dreams of a relationship like her brother Shayne has with Carla. As a teen she was in love with Kyle Austin, but he failed to feel the same way.------------------ Five years ago, West Indies cricket superstar Kyle Austin was in a car accident that forced his retirement from the game he loves. However, emotionally the scars prove devastating as they on top of his already childhood abandonment have turned him into a hermit. He does not believe in love for that matter he loathes the month of December as his Yuletide philosophy is ¿bah humbug¿ to the holiday and his tenth of December birthday. However, Tamara besides seeing him as a wounded beast, she realizes he is her forever love and this time refuses to accept his rejection. She bullies him into accepting his disability, his loathing for the holiday season, and his love of her.--------------- Wayne Jordan provides a beautiful Barbados contemporary romance starring two wonderful lead protagonists. Besides the delightful Caribbean setting, the cast makes for a warm tale. Readers will enjoy Tamara on a mission of mercy that disguises her hidden agenda to reach the heart of her soul mate s in order for him TO LOVE A KNIGHT. Fans, who have not discovered Mr. Jordan, is missing out on a fresh author whose characters interactions lead to wonderful story lines (see EMBRACING THE MOONLIGHT and ONE GENTLE KNIGHT).----------- Harriet Klausner

Well I tell when you tell Wayne you want it HOT that is exactly what you get. The book is great from the beginning. If you remember Shayne from 'One Gentle Knight' you are goin to love Tamara Knight she is the female of Shayne and she is strong, tough when need to be and when she love she love. Kyle is bitter becasue of the life he was dealt, but as time pass you will see that once he meet Tamara he cannot get her out of his mind and from that moment on his life is never the same. Kyle fall hard and fight it all the way. With Tamara & Jared help Kyle learn to be independent and realize that his life is worth living for. I can' wait for Tamara twin brother story Russell.......YEAHHHHHHHH Wayne

I read Shayne & Carla's story and really loved it and could not wait for another Knight story, it was wonderful from the word go. Tamara and Kyle were a wonderful love story. I like how the author got into the story line right away. Tamara saw what she wanted and went after it. Can't wait for another book from Wayne Jordan. He is a wonderful author. Keep them coming.

Just another AMAZINGLY sweet love story! This novel was a page-turner from beginning to end. The attraction and desire between Tamara and Kyle was instant and very passionate! Mr. Jordan has a way of making you feel like you your watching a very entertaining movie. The storyline flowed effortlessly and the dialogue was very witty. I thoroughly enjoyed the verbal sparring between Tamara and Kyle. Tamara, like her brother Shayne is strong and noble in character. She has such compassion and a strong desire to always help those in need, be they human or animal. And she definitely believed in speaking her mind, she didn't hold back or bite her tongue. Kyle Austin was a man who had become bitter and although he was settled and finally accepted his blindness, he was definitely dependent on those around him and didn't have any desire to become the independent man he used to be before the accident. At least, not until Tamara walked into his life and turned his world upside down. She made him want to be a better man, a whole man, an independent man despite his blindness. He wanted to be her hero, her KNIGHT in shining armour! And with Tamara's pushy, yet loving encouragement he set out to make changes in his life. I loved the way Tamara's family readily accepted Kyle, even though he'd been 'out of the loop' for 5 years plus, they made him feel as if he were one of their own and had never left the 'family fold'. The secondary characters are definitely memorable and only added more depth and enjoyment to this story. I can hardly wait to read about the final Knight's tale. I would also love to read more about the Knight's circle of friends, new and old (HINT, HINT, HINT...lol). A definite MUST Read, you will not be disappoined!
