For those relatively very few readers who have the relevant (and many would hope, rare [not as opposed to "well done"] fetish or "taste," this necessarily slim volume is a long-awaited delight! No less tantalizingly illustrated by Jack Bozzi, this is a very "fun read."Put together with convincingly probable and useful detail, one trusts it is actually inutile--as much as it is amusing.
