I actually own the 1983 printing of this book and have used the techniques in it to track wildlife while camping. They work. I've gotten closer to many wild animals than I thought possible. (Not to mention being able to sneak up on my neighbor's cat and scare it nearly to death, repeatedly.)
Tom has done it again. The pictures and descriptions of the tracking information is excellent. A MUST READ for any outdoors person. There is 10 years worth of stuff to do. it's just finding time to do it all. a must read... sam_grow
