A silly, simple little short story about two silly and simple little people, Grace and Benny Bevermeyer. Originally written for audio in a Tom Bodett-style narration, "Toothpick for Two" is a long married couple is reminded why they love eachother on a stormy night coming home from a family reunion. True love isn't all fun, but it can be funny, especially when you find it all over again.

Toothpick for Two is probably the funniest short story I've ever read. This is very different from the other books I've read by Kessler, not a thriller, not scary. But it is hilarious. Perhaps it should be called a manual for a great marriage.
