Tootsie is excited to join the kids who are having fun, but they are mean to her. Tootsie sees they are Bullies as they squeeze and tease her, but Tootsie manages to escape! She then realizes the importance of being 'TOOTSIEFIED' when faced with a Bully. Tootsie's Mom becomes a protector from bullies and confronts them by yelling "Tease your hair or tease a ghost, but don't tease me."
