I love historical time travel and this meets all the criteria for a wonderful adventure. Sit back, relax with your favorite beverage to enjoy this great read. If you love knights in shining armor, historical romance, comedic leading feminine characters with a little magic thrown in the mix you will enjoy this book!

One of her bests! For all those making a big deal about the dragon, its only in like four pages and the main character is a witch! Geeze

I laughed a few times but in general this book just didn't do it for me.

I know the other reviews are wonderful, and I do not have a problem with the authors writing. It's the female characters that bother me. I understand that in her novels the author is presenting a "strong" female character. However, I find them mouthy and obnoxious. The male characters fall right into place; strong, handsome, virile, etc. The females in these stories seem to always "get the last word in". They have way too many quick retorts. Instead of gaining my support, and empathy throughout the storyline, I found myself wishing I could stick an apple in their mouths just to shut them up! A few humorous quips are fine but these women are ridiculous. I depend on these reviews before I make my purchases. I would have appreciated a reviewer that voiced this.

All of Teresa M's books sweep you away into a world you'll never want to leave. This one was no exception!

I read this novel based on the successful writings of Medeiros. I was completely disappointed. The magic was a rip off of television sitcom comedies. The MENSA member, heroine was just plain stupid. Even for a time travel romance the plot was simply unbelievable. This novel went out of the realm of even the fantasies of romance readers. I can't speak for all romance readers, but I like to read a fantasy that is almost plausible. I think that Medieros may have been mixing up the romance, which appeals to adults, with some childhood fairy tales. Rocks turning into rose petals and amulet wearing dragons..haven't we seen that somewhere before?

One of my absolute favorite books written by this author. Actually read this book before A Breath of Magic and fell in love with it. It has time travel, magic, romance, comedy!
