What can we learn about today's Shin Buddhism by telling Christian theologians about it? John S. Yokota's work here on the Buddhist side is inspiring. Robert B. Cobb, Jr., understands him well from the Christian side. Dennis Hirota, the editor, is neither of the same mind nor as readable as Yokota and Cobb and the others, but we can thank him for this book anyway. I read it twice. Read it on paper if you can: the e-book formatting isn't too good.
