Several decades in the future, energy and environmental stresses have resulted in the fragmentation of traditional politics and systems. The United States has also fractured along religious and social lines and some traditional allies become enemies. Having attempted to destroy Washington D.C., religious zealots of the Christian Confederation are crossing the Atlantic in a vast armada. Their ultimate destination and purpose is known only to one man. Behind, are pursuing American and Canadian naval units. Ahead, European forces are mobilising to defend their Confederation, though they remain ignorant of both the destination and intent of the armada. Not all goes to plan as events unfold off the North African coast.
