Overview

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen by Alan Dean Foster

“THE FALLEN SHALL RISE AGAIN. . . .”

This cryptic warning is ignored by the national security adviser who feels the ruthless Decepticon threat is no more. The allies are victorious, the enemy has been defeated, and the world is safe. Small attacks around the world have been contained, and the remaining pieces of the coveted Allspark are locked in an electromagnetic vault on one of the most secure Naval bases in the world. But nothing is at it seems, and there is a shift in the shadows. Things can change in an instant–and fragile peace will become all-out war.

For the autobots I like Ironhide because he is good at fighting and he is cool. For the dicepticons I like devastator but specificly, inthe devastator I like Longhaul and Overload. In overall I still like Ironhide the most.

Mine are Ravage (the one-eyed panther who is killed by that murdurous jerk Bumblebee!) for Decepticons, Ironhide (who is killed by the moron Sentinel Prime in DOTM!) for Autobots and Captain Lennox (the super tough army guy who kills Blackout in the first movie) for people. My all time favorite character for all the movies is Ravage.

My 12 year old is in love with this series and read the entire book within hours of it arriving at our door. She says that it gave a lot more detail than she expected. She only wished there was more Bumblebee!

Based on the movie ofcourse, but worth reading since there are "scenes" that did not make it into the movie.

If the movie is anything like the book, it is going to be really good. It's neat to have two story plots to follow. If you liked the previous movie, you'll love this book.
