About the Author
Mike Crawley, born on August 13th 1950, is an Englishman from the county of Kent. He now lives in Hertfordshire, working as an independant photographer after a long and distinguished career with Kodak Ltd. Mike is a freelance travel and fine art photographer specialising in travel, nature, lifestyle and people photography and undertakes commissioned work in any of these areas as well as contributing to photographic stock libraries. He has had work published all around the world in books, magazines and news media. He is a Fellow of the Royal Photographic Society (FRPS) and has exhibited his work in many exhibitions, both nationally, in the UK, and in Europe. Now self-publication is becoming easier to achieve he aims to prepare a selection of photographic books on various topics, mainly for his own personal satisfaction, but also to hopefully sell a few books and help fund his many photography projects.
