Overview

Trillionaire Boys' Club: The Connector by Aubrey Parker

They say money can’t buy love. Fortunately, it can buy everything else.

A week ago, I didn’t know who Nathan Turner was. That’s because he doesn’t own deals; he makes them instead. He’s the man behind the curtain — more powerful even than the man in front of it.

He’s a multi-billion-dollar networker. A connector, in his own words.

Nathan’s job is to pull strings. And when I butted my way into his office, he told me he planned to pull my strings, too.

I thought I could make my own deal with Nathan, but now I’m in over my head.

What he’s connecting now isn’t a takeover or a buyout.

I think he’s forming a secret society instead: a Syndicate of billionaires who want to pool their assets into a trillion-dollar pool, then rule the world.

I’m not up to this. I’m just an 18-year-old girl.

But there’s no way Nathan will let me out now.

The Connector is the first book in the Trillionaire Boys’ Club series by Aubrey Parker. Each book tells the story of another of the Club’s powerful members … and you’re going to want to collect them all.

Wow. Three Nook reviews and two of them are off topic. (reported) The author, Aubrey, offered this book and the next in the series for free. I enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading the next book. I like how the author creates a rational world for her romance. I like that the story has an internal logic to it. Thanks Aubrey for respecting your readers intelligence. I am not a fan of foul language, even though I guess that is how many people speak. I am also not a fan of... loose women... as the women in this story seem to be. The men seem to have even lower standards than the women. Well, that does seem to fit with the real world. lol Even though there are a couple of things that are not my preference, I really like how the story seems well thought out and I liked seeing how the story developed.

Lots of mistakes, characters are not very likable, weak plot. Sure, everything magically gets wrapped up into a rushed HEA, but that is the nicest thing I can say about this book. I definitely won't be reading any others in the series.

Nathan Turner is a connector, he wants nothing more then to have his idea of the Syndicate to happen. But what he never saw coming was Alex Wynn. The moment he saw her, he was intrigued. With overhearing something Alex shouldn't, she was an opening to finally talk to Nathan and make a connection. But both get more out of their meeting then either wanted. Really great story and great characters that will have you reading this story in one sitting. I can't wait to read Ashton's story next.
