I was genuinely surprised by the sheer amount of great recipes. No weird or complicated stuff. Just great food that slims your waistline and improves your health.
Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook is an awesome cook book! I love that the recipes are for things I'd actually make and eat. I also love that most of the recipes have healthy add ins which is something I always try to do when I cook. As a mom of four getting a little extra nutrition into our family meals makes me feel like I'm doing my job and keeps my family healthy. The cookbook looks great and I like that they include so many pictures throughout the cookbook. This is a terrific cookbook and a great way to start eating healthier and drop a few pounds in the process! Disclosure: I received product(s) for free, in exchange for my honest review. I only recommend products I've used personally, and believe will be good fit for consumers.
I have been waiting a long time for this cookbook and it's finally here and I am happy! With 350 recipes, The Trim Healthy Mama Cookbook has something for everyone. What I love about this book, in just flipping through the pages as I plan my family's meals for the week, is that it takes out a lot of the guess work for you. I am no longer wondering if both my family and I will be able to enjoy this or that together. Before becoming a lifer with their first book, I never ate what my family ate at the dinner table. Now I can. With everything from the Monkey Chocolate Crepes to the Nacho Stuffed Peppers to the Cajun Cream Chicken, I have found food that I know my entire family will enjoy, including me. This cookbook is a must have and is highly recommended for everyone. If you are like me and you are serious about losing weight, but still need to provide wholesome meals for your family, I'd suggest that you buy a copy of Conquer Your Kitchen from Chef Jai Scovers. I haven't cooked a meal in months without referring to Conquer Your Kitchen and like most people I thought I knew everything about cooking. Conquer Your Kitchen is the only book that has ever explained why everyone should always start every meal with a pot of cold water, how to cook the perfect pasta, rice and/or potatoes every time, the difference between baking soda and baking powder, why you should never thaw food out on a counter or submerged in hot water, and even, the one thing in your house that will determine your ability to lose weight and keep your family healthy at the same time. It is must have. Conquer Your Kitchen, buy it!
