Triple Trouble (Found in Oblivion Series #2) by Cari Quinn, Taryn Elliott

She wasn't looking to fall in love with one man. Never mind two.

Juliet Reece grew up in the shadow of her seemingly perfect older sister, Margo Reece. While Juliet's wealthy, blue-blood parents dealt with infidelity, Juliet fought for normalcy. Now she's the bassist in Warning Sign, a band on the rise, and she finally feels like she's making space for herself in the world. It's her time to shine, and she's ready to have fun and focus on her career.

Until Randy "Sparks" Pruitt nearly blows up her life. Literally.

She can't stand the guy. She definitely hasn't fantasized about gripping a handful of his hair and—no. Not happening.

Then there's Tristan Eves, Sparks' new friend. He's the exact opposite of Sparks. Playful. Naughty. Arousing. Suddenly, she's on the verge of something wilder than she's ever experienced before. Two seductive men, hers for the taking—if she can handle the heat.

If double trouble is dangerous, watch out for the power of three...

Since you can read the synopsis of this book above I won't go into what the book is about. I will tell you that the story works because it's written with Tristan, Randy and Juliet all showing mutual respect for each other and their relationship. There is a lot of very hot sex between the three. Warning you may not want to read this in public, unless you have a Tristan or Randy of your own :) Within this story we also get some background on Juliet. The other thing that worked is that we get a quick peek at the Lost in Oblivion gang. So Yay all the way around!

This super sexy m/f/m menage rock star romance (try saying that three times fast!) is the latest story in the Found in Oblivion series, a spin off of the Lost in Oblivion series that stars some of the younger siblings of the original band finding their own fame and fortune. Warning Sign is an up and coming group, full of passionate musicians trying to balance their sometimes conflicting personalities with their desire to make good music. Juliet is the bassist for the group, and one of the peacemakers between the other members who seem to be constantly at each other's throats. Letting off a bit of stress in the arms of Tristan, celebrity chef and friend to some of the band members, is no hardship. Only Tristan's roommate Randy 'Sparks', the lighting director for Warning Sign has had his eye on Juliet too. Their relationship has been a bit strained by a pyrotechnic mishap that happened on set, one that gave Randy his nickname and made him become much more vigilant in his job, as well as keeping an eye on Juliet. But his attraction to her hasn't gone unnoticed by Tristan and when the chance for the three of them to become more intimate comes up, they all agree to one night together. But their one night of passion isn't enough and a secret affair begins. How long can they hide the truth of their triad relationship? And more importantly, what if they don't want to hide anymore? This is a fun and super sexy story! Lots of steamy scenes between this trio, though Tristan and Randy are not bisexual and are not attracted to each other (however they are obviously not turned off by being in an intimate situation together). Their sole focus is on Juliet and her pleasure and she's certainly not going to turn down the willing attention of two virile and handsome males. While Randy is quick to fall for Juliet, Tristan is the one who keeps his emotional distance for longer, worried about the fallout for his restaurant if the truth of their relationship comes out. Because Randy travels with the band, he's always around Juliet and when they are away from Tristan, they find that they miss having him around. Eventually they have to admit that keeping things a secret is not going to work. The consequences are discussed but the reader doesn't really see the effect in the end, which is the one weak point of the plot for me. The behind the scenes look at band life is, as always, very well done, and the secondary characters play significant roles in the story. There is more on the way for this group and I look forward to the next chapter! Tristan, Juliet and Reece get their happy ending, and the reader is left wanting more, just as it should be. 4 stars.

Triple Trouble by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott is a great read. This is however, a menage story with explicit sex scenes, so it may not be for everyone. This is a well-written book loaded with fantastic characters. Randy, Juliet and Tristan's story is loaded with drama, humor and sizzle. I enjoyed reading Triple Trouble and look forward to reading more from Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott in the future. Triple Trouble is book 2 of the Found In Oblivion Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Juliet Reece is finally coming into her own as bassist for the group Warning Sign. A lifetime of living in the shadow of her older sister, Margo, and watching her parents maneuver their way through their shell of a marriage has left Juliet with the desire and drive to grab hold of life and live it to the fullest. Being a part of Warning Sign, making her mark, those are the things that drive her. Love and romance aren't even on her radar, until that night, the night that changes everything. The night that Tristan Eves, hot chef and even hotter lover, and Randy 'Sparks' Pruitt, his best friend, show Juliet just what she's been missing. Authors Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott are the mistresses of hot rocker reads. I've devoured and loved their Lost In Oblivion series, and was super-excited to see their new Found In Oblivion books take off. Featuring characters that we've met in the LOI books, this series focuses on a new member of the Ripper Records family, and it is just as sexy, just as hot, and just as entertaining as the earlier books. Y'all, TRIPLE TROUBLE is scorching hot. Like, "flames are coming out of my e-reader, but I'm not stopping for anything" hot. The ladies have upped their game with this book, showing us a side of Tris, Sparks, and Juliet that even the characters themselves didn't know they had simmering inside. And, as these things always go, what starts as all fun, with no strings, evolves into something much more. It isn't terribly long before all the feels start happening, for everyone, and takes this trio beyond their comfort zone into uncharted territory, and, let me tell you, Cari and Taryn write it so very well. While there is heat galore, there is much more to each of the character's stories, and I loved every single word. The more I see of the characters in the FIO family, the more I love them, and I can't wait to see how each of their stories plays out. As for Tris, Juliet, and Sparks, well, they hold a special place in my heart, and their story is an easy 5 stars for me. If you're looking for a read that will spice things right up and leave you looking for a cold drink and something to fan yourself with, this is your read. Plus, it's Cari and Taryn, and it's hot rockers, so, in my book, it's a no-brainer. Add this and the other FOI books to your TBR. You can thank me later.

A chance meeting at the wedding of mutual friends turns what is supposed to be one night of wild, no strings fun into something much more for two friends and the sassy rock chick they both desire. Juliet Reece, bassist for the rock band Warning Sign, feels an immediate and overwhelming attraction for Tristan Eves, head chef at one of LA’s trendy new restaurants. A hunger more intense than she’s felt for any man. Ever. Tristan’s best friend and roommate, Randy “Sparks” Pruitt, the lighting engineer for Juliet’s band, had always been just part of the crew. That night she sees–feels–Sparks in an entirely different light when all three are together. The chemistry of the trio is palpable and undeniable. None of the three are looking for anything beyond one night. Two have reason to never want a relationship while one doesn't feel worthy. Triple Trouble is their journey of discovery and healing. It's filled with a few "Ahah!", sweet, and fun moments but dominated by the numerous, varied, and exceptionally hot sex scenes. The two men worship Juliet and put her pleasure above all else, which is sexxy AF. Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott always deliver a super steamy story, but this is their hottest to date. Sweet Lawd!! I'm talking incinerate your panties and rock your world. Of course, that’s what I loved most about the book. Secondly, I loved the interaction between Juliet and her sister, Margo. The two finally clear up their misconceptions and connect only as siblings who grew up in the same dysfunctional family can. Triple Trouble can definitely be read as a standalone. Many of the main characters from the authors’ previous books make an appearance or are mentioned. New readers will only notice and appreciate how well-developed those characters are, then likely fall in love with them if they follow up by reading the Lost in Oblivion and Hammered series, which I strongly encourage.

I loved this book about three people who are on the outskirts of the very successful band Lost in Oblivion. Juliet Reece is the younger sister of Margo Reece, as well as getting ready to find her own success as a member of Warning Sign. Randy "Sparks" Pruitt is the brother of Harper, who is the wife of Deacon from Lost in Oblivion. Tristan Eves has popped up in other books as the chef to the stars. On the surface, these three don't have what it takes to be a lasting menage, or even have menage on their radar until the night of Owen and Callie's wedding. Sparks has secretly had a crush on Juliet for close to a year now. Tristan is his best friend and roommate and tries to push him to make a play for her. He's too afraid, until the night of the wedding when Tristan and Juliet are all over each other. They decide to take this one night and do something completely out of character for all of them and give the threesome a shot. None of them are prepared for what comes next. Instead of a one night shot, it becomes something long term. This book is beyond hot. It was interesting to see the dynamics between the three with insecurities all around. I would recommend it to anyone, but just be prepared for amazingly hot sex scenes.

Three are so much better! Triple Trouble is a fun and super hot story about Juliet, Randy, and Tristan trying to balance being in a relationship of three. Many cameos from characters from Oblivion and Hammered. Can't wait for the next book.

Triple Trouble is a story of a hot straight menage between Juliet a band member of Warning Sign, Randy (Sparks) Pruitt is the band's Lighting Director, and Tristan Eves is a successful chef who just happens to be Randy's best friend and roommate. Randy has always wanted Juliet but their working arrangement has always kept him from making a move. His roommate wants her and when he realizes his best friend and roommate does too, he makes them both a proposition. One night of fun, the three of them with no strings or expectations. Cary Quinn and Taryn Elliott took a story about a menage relationship, put their own spin on it with very developed characters with different, yet some similarities to their backgrounds, and wrote a great story that I totally enjoyed. It's not just about having a menage, it's about facing parts of their pasts, learning to trust someone else, going all in and taking a chance on something that could end in heartbreak, loss of friendship, and/or cost them their reputations. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys reading stories with hot menages but also a good, well written storyline. I look forward to their next book.

I’m not quite sure how these books keep getting hotter when I’m sure that the last one was at an all-time high, but don’t let that fool you because Triple Trouble is beyond hot. It’s not just the “hotness” of this triad because the love story will keep you looking past whatever number is approved by many. Juliet, Randy, and Tristan cannot expect others to come to terms with their relationship until they do themselves. The road that they take to get there will give you a voyeuristic look into their sex lives and have you wondering how these people came out on the other side of some pretty messed up pasts. Whether you like the idea of threesomes or not this book will have you looking past any misconceptions you may have and leave you wanting for nothing but happiness for the three people involved. Another fantastic book by these two authors and still keeping me sated in my rock romance fantasies. I was gifted a copy of this book for an honest review.

I was very excited to get more of this new series from Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliot. In this second installment, bassist Juliet Reece is faced with a dilemma. She's got two men that are interested in her and they are willing to share -- is she willing to go for it? Of course, the answer is a big, resounding yes. Tristan Eves and his best friend and roommate Randy Pruitt both have eyes for Juliet and who can blame them, she's the hot bass player in the band and she's got a bit of a wildness to her. Randy is really in trouble, because he really likes Juliet and wants a real relationship, but Tristan is a bit more casual about it all, that is until he finds himself falling for the adventurous Juliet. I'm always interesting in reading how other emotions like jealousy and differing levels of commitment. There's some conflict here, but it is very mild and easily talked through. I would have liked a little more story to go along with their playtime. This book is filled with their sexual play and it is hot, hot, hot. If you like polyamorous sex and relationships, this book is definitely for you because these three heat up lots of interesting places! If you are looking for an erotic rock star threesome, Juliet, Sparks and Tristan are definitely a trio you should check out!

: 4.25 stars---TRIPLE TROUBLE is the second full length installment in Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott’s contemporary, adult FOUND IN OBLIVION erotic, romance series. FOUND IN OBLIVION, focusing on the younger siblings of the original story line characters, is a spin off from Quinn and Elliott’s LOST IN OBLIVION series. Several characters from LIO and the authors’ HAMMERED series cross over and make cameo appearances for familiarity and cohesion. This is bass guitarist for the upcoming rock band Warning Sign Juliet Reece, executive chef Tristan Eves, and tour lighting director Randy ‘Sparks’ Pruitt story line. You do not have to have read the previous series to understand or follow the spin off but for backstory and enjoyment I recommend reading the authors’ LOST IN OBLIVION and HAMMERED series as well. Juliet is the sister of Margo Reece, and Rand is the brother of Harper Pruitt (Lost in Oblivion series) NOTE: TRIPLE TROUBLE contains graphic M/F/M sexual situation, language and text, and may not be suitable for all readers. Told from three third person perspectives (Tristan, Rand and Juliet) TRIPLE TROUBLE follows the building relationship between chef Tristan Eves, lighting coordinator Rand Pruitt, and bass guitarist for Warning Sign Juliet Reece. For months Rand aka Sparks has lusted after Juliet Sparks but believes himself out of her league. As part of the road crew Rand works behind the scenes and quietly desires the woman of his dreams until an opportunity presents itself at the Halloween wedding of Owen Blackwell and Callie Templeton (Manipulated /Hammered #3). When his best friend and roommate chef Tristan Eves makes a play for Juliet Reece, Rand is shocked when Juliet extends the invitation for all three. What ensues is the growing love between three people whose lives are about to spiral out of control when jealousy and love enter into the equation. TRIPLE TROUBLE is a story with numerous graphic, M/F/M sexual situations; a spicy ménage relationship with palpable sexual energy between three unique and exceptional individuals. Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott create a world of passion, heartbreak and anguish wherein our leading trio find love in the unlikeliest of situations. The premise is intoxicating; the characters are intense; the romance is seductive and erotic.

Triple Trouble is the second book in the series, Found in Oblivion, by Cari Quinn and Taryn Elliott. Juliet (bassist in the band Warning Sign), Randy (one of the crew), and Tristan (Randy's roommate, and restauranteur) hook up at a wedding -- it's supposed to be a one-night fun threesome fling. But when their feelings get as tangled up as their sheets, it's not so easy for any of them to walk away. Triple Trouble explores some of the complexities of a non-traditional relationship. There are jealousy issues, they have different backgrounds which make it seem like a good idea to keep their partnership on the DL... Nothing is as easy as it seems it should be. Triple Trouble is a fun story, peppered with ultra-scorching HOT sexy scenes among the three partners. Cari and Taryn continue to absolutely ROCK the hot-rocker genre. I cannot wait for the next story.

WOW! If you are looking for something truly steamy, you've found the right book. I have read many of Taryn and Cari's books and have never been disappointed. This one is no exception. From the very beginning you feel the tension and attraction between Tristan, Juliet and Randy (they don't call him Sparks for nothing). The chemistry between the three of them is as undeniable as it is unexpected. While the sex scenes are steamier than your wildest imagination, or at least mine, they are also tender and often loving as well. Don't expect this book to be all about the shock factor, however. Cari and Taryn weave together a thoughtful and provocative tale about three imperfect individuals who, despite the odds, just might be perfect together.

HOT, HOT, HOT!!!! Hot,hot, hot. This is an absolutely wonderful read. Juliet, Randy (sparks) and Tristan together are great. Seeing them first get together as a one night only, then seeing how things progress. But will they be able to deal with what others think of threesomes or jealousy between the three of them. Plus can their backgrounds and families help or hurt. Taryn Elliot and Cari Quinn have another great read and this is another hot in the series in found on oblivion, plus some cameos from the oblivion members and hammered members. A definite read.

Wow!!!!! Juliet, Sparks and Tristian sure know how to keep you panting. These three make things seem so easy and uncomplicated. The understanding of how each of them work and what they expect makes their being a trio a dream come true. Other characters from previous stories makes you feel like your coming home. Great book!!!

I just finished reading Triple Trouble. HOT, is the first word that comes to mind. The second word…, AGAIN!! I want to read it again!! Right now. Juliet, Tristan and Randy have such a mix of personality and characteristics. They share a night of naughty fun that turns into so much more. More, being something none of them could have ever imagined would be in their future. You follow and share in their struggles, both internally and between each other, as they realize their love may not be conventional and accepted by the majority, but it’s what’s right for them. The flow of emotions between the three lovers keeps you on the edge of your seat and turning the pages. The music world Quinn and Elliot have created is so alive, real, warm, loving and sexy as hell. Everything you can imagine a true bands lifestyle would be. Fascinating. I want to be adopted by this family of Rockstars. Heck, I would be happy being a roadie.
