If "updated/pumped up AC" classic is what this book is, the author needs to rethink her work. The language is coarse and vulgar. Recommend a pass on this one.

I'm not sure I read the same book as other reviewers - this story did have interesting parts which could be of interest to every reader; BUT, page after page is filled with explicit sexual acts and "R" rated language which, for me, overshadow the "story." If YOU, the reader, are interested in this then this book is for you. If you are interested in a deep story - keep looking for another book.

First time reading an Ann Christopher novel but I am impressed. She is a great writer, I thoroughly enjoyed reading "Trouble". The romance between Dara and Mike was intriguing, how they finally overcame their doubts to love each other with even a little tragedy made the reading great.

Enjoyed this story of Dara and Mike. You were left hanging of what happens to Sean and their mother. It's like they fall off the face of the earth especially since they were so close to Mike. I hope there is another book to includes them. Mjw

Dara is so stubborn, bossy, and demanding for an intern to a succesful defense attorney that he appears stunned and stupid.

Back and forth the 2 go after each other. Sean is spoiled but his brother loves him. They both fall for the same woman. Fun biik to read. I would have kept in a few of the excluded chpts.

This is not a cliffhanger. I found that Sean is a spoiled brat and that Mike's attempt to make Sean's life into something was frustrating his own. Jamal was a better "brother" to Mike than Sean. The drama of Mike's life was created because he protected his family. If Mike had been upfront about his feelings 95% of the story would not have happened and the story would've been 80 pages! The drama made a good story. It was a good way to spend the morning.

Easy to read and absolutely captivating. The characters are amazing and the book is so well written. This one will definately keep you yearning to get to the next page. I read the entire book in 6 days and that's only because I had to put it down when I went to work. This one is definately a winner! I am soooooo looking forward to more books from Ann Christopher.

Definitely one of the best romance novels I've read in quite some time. Storyline was awesome, character development was on-point (I loved Jamal), etc. A definite must read.

Trouble is a deeply sensual story that you just can't put down. Each time the hero and heroine share the stage, you hold your breath and your heart pounds. Ann Christopher creates characters who are warm, intelligent and funny. Characters readers don't want to leave, and a world you get lost in. It's beautiful the way she brings together strangers and lets you watch while they become a family on which you love to spy. Their personal conflicts are issues with which everyone can empathize. These are characters I want to see again. Christopher's talents are a gift to the romance genre. I can't wait to escape into her next title, Risk.
