About the Author

Jeremie Fletcher Bourcy is a visual artist and writer residing in north Texas. At a young age, she was creating short stories for her family which were written and illustrated on notebook paper and bound by pieces of cardboard. Truck Boy is based on her oldest son's extreme interest in all things trucks and his imagination in believing that he was sometimes a truck. Jeremie is involved with various design projects for non profits, businesses and bands. She also participates in local art shows and enjoys printmaking, painting and plays in a band with her husband.
