About the Author

Julie Watson is a certified health coach and a certified life coach, and for much of her adult life she battled with health issues, poor body image, and a lack of self-confidence. After being widowed at just thirty-four years old, grief and stress compounded her struggles and she hit rock bottom physically and emotionally. Yet by leaning into God for support and direction, Julie discovered that being in good health was about more than the numbers on the scale. Today she is passionate about helping her clients boost health and lose weight, love their bodies, and reach for the dreams God has placed in their hearts. Julie is happily re-married and lives in the country with her husband Tyler and their blended family of five children.

 Amazing book! Filled with practical application and hope. We can experience TRUE Health! Every woman who struggles with poor body image or low self-esteem needs to read this book!! This book is different; it helps us redefine what health is for each of us personally, eliminating guilt and shame. TRUE health is not a “set of rules,” but freedom from obsessive food behaviors. Watson invites us to get curious and brilliantly integrates all aspects of the person, including the spiritual aspect. She helps us identify our own unique “why” and our personal self-sabotage triggers. It’s a journey and God who created us and loves us will walk us through.
