About the Author

Born in Charlottesville, Virginia, the author served forty-three years as a senior pastor. He and his wife have been married for forty-nine years. They have four children and a host of grandchildren. He earned his D.Min. from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, Wake Forest, North Carolina and this is where they reside now. He is also the author of The Church: The Devil's Playground, The I AM is Christmas, R.E.S.C.U.E.: A Church Navigational System for Transformation, and The ABC's of Truth: Speaking Truth in a Culture of Lies.
