A boxed set of books 1-3 in USA Today bestselling author Catherine Gayle’s sexy Tulsa Thunderbirds hockey romance series.
BURY THE HATCHET
They both need to make amends…
But they might be making more than that.
Tulsa Thunderbirds goaltender Hunter Fielding has a lot of kissing up to do following a few brash and uncalled-for statements. Now he needs to prove to the watchful eyes that he’s changed for the better. But cozying up to Little-Miss-Perfect-Gone-Bad isn’t his idea of making amends.
Agreeing to marry a hockey star to clear her “bad girl” reputation is the worst idea Oklahoma’s former sweetheart, Tallulah Belle Roth, has ever heard. With cameras constantly in their faces, Hunter and Tallie need to prove their sickeningly-sweet, do-good lives are the real deal—just to Bury the Hatchet once and for all.
But when the cameras are off, desire burns hot. Can fake and just for show turn into something real and forever?
When dark desperation meets opportunity…
On a celebratory trip with his best friend, Ray “Razor” Chambers meets sultry Viktoriya Dubrovskaya and immediately recognizes the desperation in her eyes—a sight he remembers all too well. Permanently in survival mode, the destitute and broken Viktoriya makes him an offer—a proposition he immediately refuses. However, Razor’s counter-offer changes everything for her.
A lifetime of opportunity.
But learning to live together as husband and wife is as foreign as interpreting Smoke Signals. And where there’s smoke, there’s usually fire.
The best night of Dmitri Nazarenko’s life quickly turned into the worst night of his life. In a few short hours, he went from winning hockey’s Holy Grail to making a decision that nearly ended both his best friend’s life and his own. They each still bear scars, but some wounds never heal. Dima’s body is now a shrine to his memories, with a beard meant to hide ugly scars and tattoos designed to prevent ever forgetting the mistakes he’s made.
London Hawke knows all about incurable injuries, but she’s never let hers get in the way of living her life. Seeing a man haunted by the ghosts of his past is a surefire way to trigger her annoyance, and that’s exactly what she finds in Dima. He’s able-bodied, but he acts like he should be the one in the wheelchair instead of her. Someone needs to slap some sense into him, but London doesn’t want to be that someone even if it’s fun to butt heads with him when they face off.
Trading barbs leads first to flirtation and then to dancing between the sheets. London won’t accept sharing the bed with his past for long, but Dima can’t remember how to live in the here and now. He’ll have to figure it out or London will leave him to dance with his ghosts alone.

Ghost Dance - Everyone needs a London in their lives. A person to bring them back from the brink. Someone to listen and offer comfort. Someone who understands. Catherine Gayle does me in every time with her contemporary romances. Turning the page I know that my emotions are in for a beating but boy do I look forward to it. This is a story about how life can change in an instant. The happiness moment can quickly become a heartbreaking one. Dima lived it and tortured himself with it. He and London may not have always seen eye to eye but there was a connection between them mentally and emotionally before it became physical. So beautifully crafted that it will have you reaching for Kleenex but leaves you satisfied and inspired at the end. Smoke Signals - A person never knows how much they can endure until they are not given a choice. Will it be faced with strength and integrity? Will it cause a breakdown that is hard to recover from? Smoke Signals is a story of courage, hope and kindness. Viktoriya is at her lowest when she meets Ray. This girl is in a foreign country with no way to take care of herself. I cried because she truly was alone and didn't have anyone she could on but herself. A good person with no options, she is willing to degrade herself and is on the verge of giving up on her dream. Ray proves to be her guardian angel. Despair begets a safe haven for these two troubled people. Haunted by a past he can't change, he will do whatever he can to protect Viktoriya from enduring what he faced in his youth. When all is said and done Catherine Gayle's powerful novel shows that one good deed, one big heart can make a difference. An act of kindness has the power to heal.
