An exceptional, outstanding, and engaging romance written by the phenomenally talented Melody Anne. I received an ARC through Montlake Romance and NetGalley for an honest review. Six years ago Stormy spent an endless night of unforgettable passion, she not only lost her V card but also a necklace she had designed herself back in high school. Working as a waitress at a coffee joint at an airport and having pilots making passes at her all day is exhausting especially when one of them, Captain Cooper Montgomery, doesn't even remember the best night of Stormy's. After losing her job and having to relocate, she ends up staying at the home of none other than the man who can't even remember her from six years ago. Read the highly recommended, must read story with captivating characters, full of romance, heartbreak, and love.

Cooper Anderson has been spending the last 6 years of his life proving to his deceased father that he is not a failure. And there is no reason for his family to be disappointed in him. But in regards to the other things that his fathers will said, he will never mary a girl. Because the ones he met have all been gold-diggers who are worried more about how much he is worth then who he is as a person. Plus the only women he has met in the last 6 years that was even remotely interesting, his Cinderella, disappeared before he could her name, or even what she does for a living. Stormy is just trying to stay afloat in a world without he mother or father. But when everything in her life starts to collapse, starting with being told to vacate her home, and losing her job as a barista she had no one to go. That is until a well meaning older friend, Sherman, makes her an offer that is just to hard to resist. Of course she never would have guessed her well meaning friends was trying to matchmaker her to his nephew, her Prince Charming. This was a great tale of long ago lovers reuniting in an unexpected way. The only problem I had with this story was the dialog of Stormy. The dialogue was okay but it was just hard to picture anyone talking like that. But besides that the story was quite enjoyable, and the writing style even managed to make me cry a little but towards the end of the story. Overall I would recommend this story to any Melody Anne lovers. ~A Book Obsessed Chicks Review Team Selection.

First off: THIS BOOK MADE ME SHED SOME TEARS. Now that I’ve gotten that out of the way, let’s continue. I enjoyed Turbulent Intentions a lot, obviously since it made me cry, but it took the book a long time to get to that point. The first 50 pages of Turbulent Intentions were soooo slow. I found it hard to be interested in what Melody Anne was writing and the dialogue was very boring and just generic. There wasn’t a lot of depth to the beginning of the story and it took a little too long to develop into something interesting. Now, from page 51 on, I was in love with this book. Hence why I stayed up until 2 am finishing and paid for staying up so late with a migraine and major neck and shoulder pain, but it was worth it. Once I passed that initial hurdle of the first 50 pages, I was going for the finish. The dialogue and writing got so much better the further I went and I needed this story to break up all the fantasy I’ve been reading lately. Stormy was not one to shy away from a fight. She was strong and independent and I loved her. Except the few times she was a coward and she shouldn’t have been. Whenever she had those cowardly moments, I wanted to smack her and wake her the hell up. I want to add that the book kind of jumped around. There was no clear passing of time and it was very hard to follow along. No matter how hard I focused, I couldn’t tell the passing of time in the story. I believe that something like 3 or 4 months passed and there was no indication of it. Maybe less time, maybe more, but it was so hard to tell. I wish that was a little clearer. All in all, I really did enjoy this book. Hell, I was shedding some tears in the last 50 pages. Just get passed those first 50 pages if you are struggling and I swear it will pick up. It was a great read and the break that I needed from fantasy.

4 1/2 STARS I will say that while reading the first few chapters I wasn't sure how I was going to feel about this book. Let me tell you....That quickly changed. I devoured this book. I really enjoyed Stormy and Cooper's story. I even loved learning about the other Armstrong men and I can't wait for their stories too. Thank you Melody for a splendid read.

I have a few books on my ereader by author Melody Anne, but have never found the time to read them. Then I got approved to read Turbulent Intentions, and now I am a forever fan. This is a great book, replete with well-defined characters, some intense situations, and brotherly love. Each story is about one of four very wealthy brothers, and their journey to find a soulmate. This story focuses on CEO and pilot Cooper Armstrong, the oldest brother. Stormy Halifax is the heroine in this book. She is the daughter of missionaries and very kindhearted. Her life has never been easy and as a result, she takes nothing for granted. She has dreams of being a jeweler designer, but spends most of her time working dead-end jobs in order to make ends meet. Six years ago, she and Cooper shared an amazing night of passion, which they both think about to this day. The chemistry is still there when their paths cross once again, which evolves into a relationship full of lust, caring and love. This is a terrific story that I enjoyed very much. Cooper and Stormy have an sizzling connection and Ms. Anne does an excellent job of creating sexual anticipation, need and desire. The secondary characters and happenings are equally as engaging as Cooper and Stormy's love story unfolds. Cooper's uncle is a trip, and his matchmaking skills are quite inventive. I found Cooper's brothers to be entertaining at times, which results in some bonding moments, in addition to a few sad experiences. Overall, this is a well-written, slightly emotional contemporary romance, and I am looking forward to reading about another Armstrong brother. Complimentary copy provided by the publisher via NetGalley.

3.5 Stars! This was cute and silly beginning to the series of the Armstrong brothers. I loved that Joseph Anderson was in cahoots with Sherman Armstrong to meddle in the lives of the brothers to match them up. If you haven't read the Anderson series, Joseph Anderson set his sons up with their wives in a set of stories like this one. It's only natural he be in this series helping Sherman meddle into his nephews lives. Melody Anne is really good at creating fun, low angst stories that have great down-to-earth heroines who are easy to love and cocky millionaire men who need these women to bring them down to earth. I look forward to reading the rest of the Armstrong brothers series! ARC provided by NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I loved the Armstong brothers !!! Stormy has a one night stand with a guy she calls green eyes .. 6 years has past and Cooper still thinks of the one night stand he had with Stormy. Little does he know that he just came in contact with the girl he has been thinking about but he doesn't remember her .. Stormy never knew his name until today .. If you love the Anderson you will love this series I can't wait to see who is the next brother is I hope it's Ace ..

“There’s always a bright side, darling, to everything. Sometimes the journey to get to the light just takes a bit longer than at other times.” Oh, boy. This is a tough one. I have been sitting here going back and forth trying to decide exactly what I want to say and what I will rate this book. When I came across Turbulent Intentions, I fell in love with the cover. The cover made me want to find out more about the book. So, naturally I read the synopsis. This book sounded like something that was right up my alley, so I decided to give it a try. I’m going to be completely honest with you. I struggled a lot with this book in the beginning. I found the characters very hard to connect with. The Armstrong men did not give the best first impression. I found them to obnoxious and spoiled. When Stormy’s character was introduced, I had a little more hope. She meets Cooper at a wedding that she crashes and the two of them spend an amazing night together. However, after that night, they don’t see one another for six years. When the two of them are reunited, you can feel the sparks immediately and I will admit, I was intrigued to see how things would play out, especially since Cooper didn’t immediately recognize Stormy. Probably one of my biggest issues with this story, other than the character connectivity, was the ending. It all just wrapped up way too fast. I would have liked to have seen more groveling once Cooper’s secret came out. I felt like he was forgiven and understood way too easily. And then after that, everything just seemed to happen at warp speed. I totally get the need for needing to wrap things up, but I think the story would have benefited from just one more chapter or two; to really give the characters a satisfying ending. Overall, I think this is another case of what will work for some, doesn’t work for others. This story was just ok for me. It was a quick and easy read for me. I think the story-line itself did have a lot of potential. I adored Cooper’s Uncle Sherman. He was a really sweet man and I really liked his matchmaking efforts. His antics really saved the story for me. I loved what a good friend he was to Stormy. I really wanted more from Cooper and Stormy, anything to help me connect to them better. The romance itself was sweet and had some swoon worthy moments. But, in the end, I think I was just left wanting more; more of everything. This is my first book by this author and even though this book was not a hit for me, I think this series does have potential and I would be open to reading the next book in this series.

I really enjoyed this one. It's classic Melody Anne at her best. If you read any of the Anderson or Titan books then you will want to put this one on the must read list. Joseph Anderson back at the matchmaking we grew to love in this author's previous books. This time his victims are the nephews of his good friend Sherman. Six years ago the four Armstrong brothers lost their father but before he died he put out a challenge to them, If you want your inheritance, grow up, learn what is important in life, and marry. While most of their wild ways have been put aside, none of them appear to be in any hurry to marry. Cooper Armstrong is loving life as an airline pilot (forget the fact that he actually owns the airline) and getting married isn't even on his radar. Then he meets an intriguingly sassy barista at the airport coffee shop. Stormy Halifax can't believe Cooper Armstrong doesn't remember her. OK so their one night stand was six years ago but to not remember her at all??? The sparks between these two really begin to fly when she shows up as his new house sitter! This is a completely entertaining read and a book I'd recommend to everyone.
