About the Author

Michelle D. McAllister is the founder and CEO of Michelle McAllister Enterprises- the umbrella organization for McAllister-related businesses such as publishing, motivational speaking and personal development workshops and seminars. As the author of 22 Life Principles for the Ultimate Woman, Michelle's personal philosophy is to "inspire the world through words." She is also the creator and editor of the national online newsletter, Tips for Success which focuses on personal development, new authors, real estate, finance, health/fitness and entrepreneurship. As a motivational speaker, Michelle has delivered speeches to Delaware State University, Cabrini College, and Johnson C. Smith University. Recently, she was named the Keynote speaker to the graduating class of seniors at Furness High School and delivered her first keynote address entitled "Why Not You? 3 Keys to a Successful Future." She has conducted several workshops for young women based on excerpts from her book which focus on self-esteem and confidence. Her youth workshop entitled The 5 Principles was featured on NBC 10 in conjunction with the United Way and the Philadelphia Anti-Violence/Anti-Drug Network. Michelle was recently chosen as one of Philadelphia's Sexiest Singles of 2009 by The Philadelphia Daily News in which a full spread article featured information on her motivational company and book. When The Philadelphia Daily News asked Michelle where her inspiration came from she responded by stating "I found myself in a very rough place two years ago. I wasn't happy with what was going on in my life. I just made myself do what I said I was going to do and my book 22 Life Principles for the Ultimate Woman was at the top of the list. That's when I decided to start my company. I've always wanted to write a book. I've always wanted to help women."
