Eric Jenner is a billionaire who has it all, except the most important thing of all, a wife and family. He's seen his friends settle down and start families, but when you're one of the most eligible bachelors in the country, it's hard to find someone who appreciates you for who you really are, not some billionaire image. When Sofia Bingham comes back into his life, he impulsively hires her, if for no other reason than to help out an old friend. But they immediately feel a connection, and Eric can't help hoping they can be more than friends. Sofia is barely holding herself and her family together, as she tries to raise her toddler twins after the death of her husband. She has help from her parents, but she desperately needs a job to support herself and to begin the business of living again. Sofia doesn't know if she's qualified to be an office manager for one of the country's top land developers, but she's determined to try, and she hopes Eric Jenner will give her a chance. While she was happily married and is now completely devoted to her children, she can't help but remember the one kiss she and Eric shared. She's not quite prepared for her growing feelings for Eric and can't even let herself think of living in his world. There was plenty of sizzling romance in this story, with the anticipation only adding to the satisfaction when Eric and Sofia finally let go of their worries and had a little fun. However, it also felt like real life as Sofia dealt with her depression and anxiety and Eric expressed his longing for children. There were parts of the story that felt a little like Sabrina or Pretty Woman, but the story definitely had its own twists and turns on the way to Eric and Sofia's happily ever after.
I love office romances, babies, and stories about billionaires. So naturally, TWINS FOR THE BILLIONAIRE became a must read for me. It is a wonderful book, replete with great characters, a plot that twists and turns in all the right places, and an ending that left me smiling from ear to ear. A little over a year ago, pregnant real estate broker Sofia Bingham lost her husband and became the mother of twins. Due to her financial situation, she sold her home and moved her new family in with her parents. Sofia needs a job and she needs it now. Her childhood friend, billionaire Eric Jenner, is looking for an office manager for his real estate conglomerate. Sophia is hopeful that Eric will remember her and give her the chance to prove herself at his company, even though her qualifications for the position are less than stellar. Eric is pleasantly shocked to see Sophia and gives her the job with very little hesitation. Eric is an excellent businessman and all around good guy. Seeing Sophia again after so much time has passed ignites an unexplained warmth in him. They were good friends years ago, and he really wants to build on that friendship. However, he does not get romantically involved with his employees. Sophia finds Eric to be as kind and good-looking as ever. She is attracted to him but knows that mixing business with pleasure is a bad idea. Furthermore, she believes she is not good enough for him. Over time, they give in to their desires and become more than friends. Sophia brings a ready-made family to their relationship, which Eric desperately wants to be a part of. This fairy tale romance is nicely written. In addition, Eric’s amazing kindness and desire to be a father tugged at my heartstrings. Billionaires, toddlers, and love are a winning combination in Sarah M. Anderson’s TWINS FOR THE BILLIONAIRE. LJT, Romance Junkies, 4 Hearts
Sweet, sexy and oh so good! Childhood friends to colleagues ... and more! The characters are really easy to connect with and the story is fast paced. With the added addition of adorable twin toddlers and a sexual chemistry off-the-charts, I was in for quite a treat! Single mom Sofia Bingham needs a job ... fast! She's been sliding by for too long now and she needs to step it up and provide a stable life for her babies. When she sees a job listed working for Eric she decides she's going to apply ... and hopefully the fact that they were childhood friends will get her a foot in the door! Real estate tycoon Eric Jenner is thrilled when he sees Sofia again. They had a great relationship growing up and he's anxious to catch up. When he learns of her circumstances, he is quick to give her the job she needs ... but they find attraction a strong force to be reckoned with as they try to coexist in the office.
