Seventeen-year-old Jason Matthews made a wish when he'd shared a kiss with Katherine Conlin under the mistletoe at Dragonfly Pointe fourteen years ago. Now an Air Force Captain and wounded warrior, he awakens in the hospital in Germany where his dreams have been invaded by the girl from his past.
Once he returns home to the states, he finds out approaching Kat might be a little more difficult than he'd thought since she's been in a long term relationship for nearly two years.
But another year later when Jason discovers she's on her way to the Dragonfly Pointe Inn for the Christmas holidays without her boyfriend, he seizes the opportunity to become reacquainted.
Kat had been expecting a proposal this Christmas, and when her boyfriend backs out yet again on the carefully laid plans she's made for them, she realizes she probably wouldn't have been happy with him anyway.
Kat has often wondered what happened to Jason Matthews, the boy she'd made a wish with years ago, and the last thing she expects is to run into him again at the Dragonfly Pointe Inn.
Will there still be that special Christmas magic between them to make those long ago wishes come true?

Two Hearts’ Christmas Wish (Two Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance Book 4) By Tamara Ferguson 5 Stars (Only because I can't give more) Holidays are approaching and what a way to get into the spirit. This book was simply awesome!! It made me feel good and I think I smiled through most of it. I love this authors style of writing, and her books have such an easy flow to them, she also has a way of describing the surroundings with just a few words making me feel like I'm right there. This is a story of second chances and Christmas wishes. Jason and Kat met when they were just teenagers while her family vacationed at the Dragonfly Pointe Inn in Crystal Rock. Even being as young as they were they formed quite a bond and although they promised to stay in touch, he didn't, but the memories they shared almost 15 years ago were still fresh in both their minds. Jason who's back in Crystal Rock after being injured while in the Air Force hears that Kat is returning to the Inn to spend Christmas, but also knows that she has a longtime boyfriend and realizes that reconnecting after all these years might not work out the way he hopes. Kat might be looking for a change, she planned this great Christmas vacation for her and her boyfriend at The Dragonfly Pointe Inn and he backed out at the last minute, giving her a chance to rethink many things in her life. She's often thought about the boy she met many years ago and was a bit heartbroken that after promising to stay in touch he never did. When she literally runs into him at the inn she is amazed that the same feelings she had all those years ago are still fresh. Can these two reconnect with all the time that has gone by and what happens when what she had originally hoped for and planned for this trip happens? I will read everything this author has available and will be following her from this point forward. I love her stories and Ive absolutely fallen in love with Crystal Rock. Loved Loved Loved it!!!
Two Hearts’ Christmas Wish is a poignant 4th book in Tamara Ferguson’s Two Hearts Wounded Warrior series. I fell in love with Tamara’s writing after I read the first book in the series and I have not let go … The Christmas Wish is the story of Jason Matthews and Katherine Conlin who shared their first kiss when they were young and the life had not hit them hard yet though Jason knows what he wants out of life – military …. We meet them again when fourteen years have passed and Jason has to rebuild his life after injury that finishes his Air Force career and he needs to figure out how Kat would fit into it as he is ready to finally approach her. Kat has been comparing every man to Jason and over the years he has not been far from her mind but they never connected, again, after the kiss and the wish so many years before. I welcome you to join us in the magic of Dragonfly Pointe Inn where we all will be rooting for Jason and Kat to find their way to each other. And this time, it will not be just the simple magic of Dragonfly Pointe Inn; it will be mixed with Christmas magic! Tamara spins a wondrous winter fairy tale where we believe that our wishes will come true … Make yourself a cup of hot cocoa or grab a glass of wine and join us!
Two Hearts is the fourth installment in the Two Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance series by Tamara Ferguson. This entire series takes place in and around Dragonfly Pointe Beach, and each book focuses on a different couple and the trials that take them away from each other, and in the end bring them back again. Christmas Wish centers on Kathleen and Jason, and the history of their relationship that initially takes them from meeting to separation to finding each other by luck years later. The secondary meeting was purely by accident and fate plays a huge role in these two coming together again. Both Jason and Kathleen had never really gotten over each other from all those years ago, and so coming together again brought up all the old feelings that had been kept burning. This book was a great weekend read, just like the rest of the books in this series, full of great scenery, meet cute moments, and long lasting romance. If you are looking for a great series, that is full good old fashion love stories, than this is a series and author for you to keep an eye on.
Two Hearts' Christmas Wish (Two Hearts Wounded Warrior Romance Book 4) by Tamara Ferguson is the fourth book in her Two Hearts Wounded Warrior series. This story can be read as a standalone but I highly suggest that you read the previous three books first. You will get to see other characters and this author's writing style. I have read many of this author's books and have loved them all. I know exactly what I am getting when I pick up one of her books or short stories. I know that I am in for a journey that I won't be able to put down and I will be reading it in one sitting. Her writing style is such that she will pull you in from the first word and keep you engaged until the last. Her attention to details really just keep the story popping off the pages. Her characters are lovable, connectable and true to life. They will take you on a roller coaster ride of various emotions that you don't want to miss. They will pull you into their world and make you feel like you are right there. This is the story of Jason and Kat. They met through their parents when they were younger and spent time together when they were teenagers. But like most teenagers they go their separate ways. Jason joined the Air Force and now finds himself wounded and on his way home. The one thing that has never left is his thoughts of her. When he finds out that she will be spending time alone for a week at Dragonfly Point, what will he do? When they meet again, the attraction is still there. Their memories of the past are as fresh as ever. Will they be able to rekindle what they once had? Will his wound make a difference to Kat? I loved these two characters. They are two strong characters that both are strong and independent. They both know what they want and how to get it. I kept hoping they would find their HEA together but you will need to read to find out! Dragonfly Point is a great magical place but will it be able to make magic with them? These two are sweet together and really do make a great couple. Their lives took them in two different directions but yet fate places them together at Dragonfly Point. Their story will no doubt keep you engaged until the end and I highly recommend you read this story. I know you will want to see Dragonfly Point work its magic one more time.
