Wedding fever has hit the little town of Marietta...

Soap opera star Nancy Parsons is madly in love with Hollywood's favorite leading man, and they're getting married on her parents' stunning horse ranch just outside Marietta, Montana. Actors, athletes, and politicians will be there to watch Hollywood's most extravagant couple say I do.

There's just one problem. The bride's childhood friend Wyatt Wilder knows Nancy's making the biggest mistake of her life. Sure, Jared's got looks, money, fame, and--it seems--Nancy's heart. But when her bridesmaids hire him to lead them on a girls'-only adventure, Wyatt has two nights in the wilderness along the Yellowstone River to show her what a real man looks and acts like. A rugged, tough, loving man.

But will he be able to do it before she says "I do" to the wrong man?

"Two Nights with His Bride" by Kat Latham is book six in the "Montana Born Brides" series. This can be read as a standalone, but if you read the series you will learn more about Nancy and other Marietta characters. This is soap opera star Nancy Parsons and Wyatt Wilder's story. Wyatt and Nancy grew up together in Marietta. They get reacquainted since she is back in Marietta for her wedding to Hollywood's favorite leading man, Jared Lovell. A celebrity wedding costing around a million dollars what could go wrong? This story was very entertaining from beginning to end. At times I laughed, cried, or wanted to smack Jared, but loved How Wyatt was so caring and thoughtful. Wyatt was great! I received a copy of this book from Tule Publishing for an honest review. FYI, contains mature content.

There were some tough times the heroine had to go through, but overall I liked this second chance story. Soap star Nancy came home to Marietta to marry Hollywood heart-throb Jared. But all is not as it seems and as her friends and family try to open her eyes to Jared's behavior, Nancy is reunited with family friend, Wyatt Wilder. The story was fast paced, but I really liked the relationship between Nancy and Wyatt and how he supported her decisions.

Two Nights with His Bride by Kat Latham is a fun read. Kat Latham has delivered a well written book with such lovable characters you don't want the book to end. Wyatt and Nancy's story is filled with drama, action and humor. I enjoyed Two Nights with His Bride and look forward to reading more from Kat Latham in the future. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

Finally, after reading about Nancy in many of the other recent Montana Born Brides books, we get to read her story. The glimpses we got of Nancy in the other books in the series hinted at a spoiled bridezilla. In this book, we learn who she really is and how her past has shaped who she is today, and discover appearances can often be deceiving. Wyatt truly loves her, so much that he's willing to let her go if marrying Jared is truly what will make her happy. Loved the runaway bride scene - often this is done at the beginning of the story to set the stage for the romance between the two main characters, but in this case, it worked well to do it in the middle. I think, after reading the preceding novellas in the series, we needed to find out more about her relationship with Jared and the lead up to why she's running away for the rest of the story to work. Great read and I'll be looking for more from Kat Latham.

I enjoyed reading more about Nancy and her life growing up. A million dollar wedding... crazy! The bachlorette weekend was great the first day.... and Wyatt is hot! I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Nancy Parsons is engaged to a Hollywood A Lister. What she doesn't realize is that he's a controlling jerk. Her family tries to be supportive but they are worried. Her bachelorette party is a rafting trip. It allows her to reconnect with a childhood friend and her former crush, Wyatt. He makes her see the truth about her fiancée. Does she have the courage to stop the madness? I liked the Nancy we see when she's with Wyatt. She's feisty, funny and her own woman. Wyatt is still drawn to her. This rugged mountain man wants to help her. I liked his caring, supportive attitude. What a keeper. As always visiting this familiar Montana setting is like coming home. I love the caring attitude of the people. This is a tender, romantic story that pulled me in from the first page. Kat Latham did a great job. Wyatt and Nancy are a compelling couple. Two Nights With His Bride is a great addition to the Montana Born Brides series.

I started reading these books during the Bachelor Auction series, I am so glad that they were connected to the second series Montana Born Bride series. These books, all of them, were phenomenal! However, this review is on "Two Nights with His Bride". It is about Nancylynn and Wyatt two people that knew each other growing up. When Nancylynn was in high school her dad did not like Brady, the person she was dating, he thought there was something just off about him and did not trust him. He asked Wyatt to start picking Nancylynn up from high school. The first time Wyatt saw Brady, he felt the same way. Wyatt is six years older than Nancylynn, and for some reason Wyatt feels very protective of her. Unfortunately, Brady does try something and fortunately, Wyatt steps in before it becomes more serious. When Nancylynn finished high school, she moves to Hollywood, becomes a big star and changes her name to just Nancy. She meets Jared on the set of the soap opera she works on when he does a guest appearance on the show. They start dating and they eventually become engaged. Nancy comes home to plan her wedding. However, something is wrong in this relationship; Jared is ... Stop, no spoilers from me! Kat Latham does a phenomenal job telling this story. She will make you laugh. She will make you aggravated while reading the story! She will make you want to take a steel pipe to Jared! Then, turn around and hug the stuffing out of Wyatt. I am so glad that Nancy told Jared to....... Darn it, I said no spoilers! I want to thank Net Galley and Tule Publishing for the ARC of this book. I thoroughly enjoyed it, and look forward to finish the series…I missed one darn it! Thank you for reading my review. Please, read "Two Nights with His Bride" and the others in the series as well, you will definitely not be disappointed in any of these books. :-)

Hollywood hadn't changed Nancy as much as she thought, but when she sees Wyatt again, her plans for a wedding are suddenly in question. Wyatt's her knight in shining armor when she needs him, gives her time to figure out what she needs, and helps her find her true self... and a little love along the way doesn't hurt. One of the best in the Bride series! A must-read! **I was given an ARC in exchange for my honest opinion**

It's finally time for the Hollywood wedding in Marietta. Nancy Parsons is the local girl turned Hollywood starlet, marrying in her hometown using locals for everything... Nancy has done well for herself -- she is no longer poor NancyLynn Pruitt who wore donated clothes and whose family depended on others' generosity to keep them afloat. She is marrying a handsome Hollywood star whom she loves and she looks forward to the security of her marriage. Too bad the groom isn't the Prince Nancy has convinced herself he is. Nancy is relieved when her two Bridesmaids come together to plan a Girls' weekend for her Bachelorette Party because she could really use the time away. Unfortunately, they booked a rafting weekend with Wyatt Wilder -- her high school crush who rejected her. Wyatt was happy to be well away from all the celebrity wedding hoopla, When he realizes that the Bachelorette weekend he is leading is Nancy's, he decides to make the best of it, and try to make amends for his past behavior. It becomes clear to Wyatt fairly quickly that maybe Nancy's making a mistake. Can he convince her that he is the better choice. Kat Latham is quickly becoming an author on my must-read list. This story is no exception. A fitting end to the Montatna Brides series, she has created a story of two people that are successful at what they tried to do, but flawed and human. Nancy has become successful doing what she once used as an escape from her life, but with all her success, she still fears a return to poverty. She knows she is lucky and tries very hard to be deserving. Unfortunately, the man she put her trust in is a true jerk. One thing she never had was a healthy relationship with a good man. Wyatt is a good man who only wants the best for Nancy, and he spends his time trying to get her to realize that she is worthy of a whole lot more. I don't want to spoil the story with specifics, but I will say that I laughed out loud at some of the antics, wanted to strangle Jared, and rooted for both Nancy and Wyatt. Though it can be read as a stand alone, this was a great ending to the series. The story kept me interested and I was so anxious to find out what would happen next that I could not put it down. *I received a copy via NetGalley from the Publisher in exchange for an honest review.

Kat Latham made me feel all sorts of emotions as I read Two Nights With His Bride.  I was nervous, entertained, sad, and happy! Nancy (Nancylynn) has worked hard to get where she is today.  Strong on the outside, inside I got the feeling she was still seeking that safe feeling, that feeling of being taken care of that she felt like she missed growing up.  I didn't always understand her or her decisions, but Nancy is a strong character whose story was intriguing.  Most of the time I really liked her, but at times just wanted her to open her eyes up! Wyatt and Nancy have a history from a long ago childhood she's strived to put behind her.  Wyatt sees a lot in her that she doesn't.  He knows she is strong and deserves much better than she's settling for.  An attraction is there for both of them, but neither of them can act on since she's going to be marrying another man...even if everyone else thinks he's the wrong man for her!  I was glad about this, that both of them had strong morals.  I liked how Wyatt is with Nancy, even if he hasn't seen her for years.  He's a really good guy. I liked the secondary characters in Two Nights With His Bride.  I wasn't sure about the bridesmaids, but I actually ended up liking them quite a bit.  They sure spiced things up!  I enjoyed seeing characters from previous books, and the interactions they had in this one. It was great to be back in Marietta!  Kat took me on an emotional, bumpy ride with enough conflict to keep things interesting and to keep me on edge about how things would end up.  Some of the scenes were so vivid they will stay in my head for a while! I'd recommend Two Nights With His Bride to any romance reader.

This story has a different flavour than the other Montana Born Brides series books. Nancy is engaged to Jared, and we soon find out that Jared is a very controlling and not very nice guy. While Wyatt isn't the only one who tries to convey to Nancy that she's making a mistake, he's the one who held a piece of her heart long ago, and still does. Will she see the truth before it's too late? I really like Kat Latham's writing and she does a wonderful job with this story too, painting the picture of how a woman can be fooled by a man into thinking that he's a wonderful protective guy when he really is just a controlling person. I cringed for Nancy as she tried to justify his behaviour to her friends and family, and most of all to herself. It was sometimes hard to read this story, I wanted to shake her awake and make her see what she was doing. Wyatt comes across as a friendly, generous man and you can see how Nancy's relationship with Jared affects him. When Nancy finally sees the truth of Jared's behaviour, Wyatt is there to help her figure things out, and they have some sweet and sexy scenes, with a happy ending. 3.5 stars.

The start of Two Nights with His Bride, had me laughing so hard at the beginning it was crazy, while I was so embarrassed for NancyLynn. What two best friends would blind fold their best friend for a bachelorette party? Then dress her up in a furry, bunny bikini with a tail and taking her into the wilderness to go whitewater rafting. Then the place where they take her, they guide is the only guy she had a crush on growing up, Wyatt. The comedy is contagious, with a serious note. Jared doesn't treat NancyLynn the best, but Nancy justifies it. Wyatt helps her to face reality and be true to her self, which is the best gift a person can give each other.  I received an ARC for an honest and fair review.

Marietta is set for the biggest wedding in town history. Local girl turned celebrity, Nancylynn Pruitt, is back in town to get married. Her and her bridesmaids are creating havoc all over town with their constant changes in music, flowers and not to mention the drama over agreeing on bridesmaid dresses. Nancy’s bachelorette weekend has finally arrived. The girls have scheduled a whitewater rafting and camping trip. When they arrived their tour guide is no other than Wyatt Wilder, now the owner of Wilder Montana Adventures. Wyatt was the subject of Nancy’s teenage crush. Now she has to spend a weekend with him. How will she be able to survive the weekend without the flood of memories? The wedding brings on a new set of craziness including a hideous feather trimmed gown and a demanding groom. Will Nancy go through with the wedding or will she realize she is making the mistake of her life? Could there be a chance with Wyatt after all of these years? I loved this book. It had some very memorable moments in it and the characters were a lot of fun. The story is definitely the best in the series.
