I know what it's like to have your heart split down the middle.
One-half chases her. The other half chases after the lies, deceit, and betrayal.
It's a burning ball of hell.
Seconds, minutes, hours, and years all spent endured the depth of my own burning inferno.
All of it runs together while life passes me by.
Thirteen years ago, the woman I was in love with left me standing at the altar.
Some say thirteen is a lucky number.
Me? I curse the number.
Now she's back.
Reminding me.
Torturing me.
She says things are not what they seem.
That they weren't then either.
Do I believe her?
Do I forgive?
Time and truth will tell.

How can I describe my state of mind when I got a glimpse of this book?? Anxious? Yeah! Excited? For sure? Nervous? Hell no! I was all at the same time. As everyone knows I love Kathy Coopmans. I love her as an amazing and kind woman that always has an answer to all my texts and as a freaking awesome author... Have you read any of her books? Please girls grab all of them to see why I love her so much. Tyson is her latest release and jeez Louise... What a book this is. I just need to tell you something first, despite this book is a standalone I totally advise you to read the other two books Riddick and Jude in order to know all the characters, their journey, their feelings and their friendship. This book tells the stories of Tyson and Lynne and all book is switched between their points of view. Lynne is a sweet girl that was betrayed by the ones who were supposed to protect her, to catch her if she falls but instead of doing that they lied. She may have money, a big house, but she feels all alone and sad. She was supposed to get married to the love of her life but she didn't. Why? Tyson is a strong man, very loyal to the friends that he consider family. He's a police officer and very prod of it. He's grumpy, stubborn and sometimes we can catch a glimpse of a smile. Behind that facade of a bad guy hides a man with a broken heart, a man that feels betrayed, forgotten... The last time they saw each other was 13 years ago and now what? Can life make sense again? Can the lies be discovered? Can love return or it was never gone to begin with? I'm still shaking, I'm overwhelmed, happy, sad. Dayum I'm a mess. This book is way more intense then the others, don't get me wrong because I love the other two but this one felt special, I can't explain. The story behind each character, the love that makes your heart tick is so high and so strong that it could have lift a truck. This book is the total package because you will find love, trust, friendship, loyalty but also hate, betrayal, crime. So my only advice is to get ready to enter on a rollercoaster of emotions. And girls... We have some pretty hot stuff into the mix but hey have a good look at the cover and you'll drool over it. Ah ah ah. Kathy you my dear are a goddess, a genius with words. I'm beyond happy to had the chance to meet you and your work. Can't wait for Dane's story to arrive.

Tyson is well-written and very emotional. The characters are developed and the relationships felt genuine. Secrets abound with Lynne's family - lots of secrets that became a bit over the top by the end, but it did hold my interest and keep me turning pages to see how it would all play out. The biggest drawback for me was that I haven't read the first two books in this series and things were mentioned that left me a bit in the dark. For anyone familiar with the series, I would say that they would enjoy this one.

Unexpected second chance romance ... Wow, Tyson surprised me. He is this strong, confident ex-military, now policeman yet, when the love of his life, that crushed his heart, walks back into his orbit, he hides. I was blown away by the depth of the love he had for Lynne and just how much her leaving him at the altar truly impacted his life from that point forward. Lynne is amazingly strong. As we learn what really happened and why she left Tyson, all I could do was appreciate the courage she had to move forward and now give up hope. Her family, well, that’s a scary bunch and they are the catalysts for so much ugliness and drama. Lynne is finally breaking free and finding her own path but will Tyson be able to forgive her. I enjoyed escaping into Tyson and Lynne’s journey and getting to experience what a true family should be even when you aren’t blood related.

10 HOT TYSON STARS!! Another fantastic story in this amazing series. This is a fast paced story that I could not put down, with another hot hero, Kathy Coopmans makes the best bad A heroes, I have ever read. Tyson is a broken man, strong, lost and so darn sexy. Tyson and Lynne get a second chance after Lynne's family broke them up years ago. I highly recommend this book and series it is one best I have read. I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book.

Tyson is the third book in The Saints series. Tyson's story was so heartfelt I could feel his pain radiating off the pages. I didn't want to like Lynne at all, but boy I not only like her, I fell in love with her. Her story and her reasons for hurting Tyson in the past left me an emotional mess. Tyson is filled with angst, drama, suspense and most of all love and friendship that makes a family. It is my favorite of the Saints Series so far. When Tyson loves, he loves hard and eternally and you will see it throughout this book. Each time I had to put this book down it made me crazy wanting to see what was next. I promise you will not be disappointed. Most definitely a five star read for me.
