Meet the Author
Rob Price is a first class certified personal trainer and a former fitness consultant at the University of Wisconsin. He is a national weight lifting champion and state bench press record holder who has been featured in newspapers and magazines all over the world, including the USA Today and Muscle & Performance magazine, for his sports-training expertise. Rob is a contributing author to Golf Fitness Magazine, Swimmer's World Magazine, US Bowler Magazine, and OnFitness magazine and is the founder and head trainer of SportsWorkout.com's e-Training service. Filled w/ a plethera of physio-athletic knowledge this book has quality info useful to any level of futbol athlete. It delves into the true worth of being fit, how to become explosive and strong, and how to be careful when doing so to lower the risk of injury. There's pictures and clear descriptions of how to do several exercises that target the entire body; mostly the parts of the body best for soccer. From pre-season training to mid and off-season training there's nothing missing from this book. Take it from someonne who's advanced in the weight room and on the pitch (however not a professional) this book gets you ready... only if you stick to the plan!
