I have recently been diagnosed with gallbladder disease and was told to go on a low fat diet. This book helps me keep track of my fat grams and calories every day. It is great to have it all in one place. I can see my progress each day in maintaing my goals. It is so fast to use that I will continue to use it. I didn't know that I was eating so much fat so now I am aware of just how much I am eating. The list is very complete too. I looked at some others that didn't list the foods I needed. Keeping track in this book keeps you from cheating because you write everything down. Before I used this book I would forget about some of the things I ate during the day, now it is all down in black and white and I can see where I need to cut back. I also like the fact that it lists protein, carbs. and fiber content too. It reminds you to take your vitamins and list your daily exercise activities but is still very compact.

Great to note what you are eating and logging exercise. Nutritional Facts section very helpful.

This book really helped me lose some desperately needed weight for my wedding. Everything was so organized and kept together in that little book that it was hard for me NOT to follow it. I found that writing everything down really helped and the book has so much in it that I rarely had to consult anything else to make sure I was calculating everything right. If you want to lose weight and need something small to keep you on track then this could be your new best friend.

I really like this joural because it is the right size (gives more pages than other diet journals to make entries). I like the fact that you can keep track of your calories, fat, protein, carbs, and fiber which many diet journals do not list those. This journal does exercise, keeps track of water intake and vitamins/supplements. It has a section at the beginning to write down your personal health profile, goals, plans and results, progress chart, motivational stickers, and nutritional information for over 1,000 popular foods items.

This book is great because you can track caloried, fat, protein, carbs and fiber along with exercise. There is vitamin tracking and water tracking as well as energy level. There also an area for a small journal/note. This book has an area where you graph you progress and it includes little 'I DID IT' star stickies to add to a day where you achieved your goal or had a personal best. Great book.

This book had space for everything I needed. Even space for an exercise record. It was a lot easier to get started on a healthier eating plan with this book. I could see my whole day at a glance.

I love this journal. I have had the dietminder and it was great but bulky. The small size is convenient to carry all the time without sacrificing space to record daily diet and exercise progress. Highly recommend it.

This diet journal is extrememly helpful. I have been able to chart my progress easily, and I plan to continue its use. It is easy to use, and has all the needed space to fill in whatever information you choose. I would highly recommend this. This will be a great aid to any diet and exercise routine!

This diet journal well organized and flexible. The journal pages are easy to read at a glance and track the 5 most common diet counts: calories, fat, protein, carbohydrates, and fiber. I do wish it had a 'blank' column for whatever else you might want to track like sodium or cholesterol. The extra info in the front and back is unbelievably helpful: just what you need and nothing extra. It's small enough to fit in a purse or glove box easily. However, this is the cause of the one problem I have with it: the spaces to write your numbers are very small. Oh well, can't have everything. It's easy to use and that's what makes it effective.

This is a great diet helper. I really like the format of it, and its small size makes it discreet and easy to carry around. It's also very convenient because it has some food nutrition info in the back and it has nice charts (with incentive stickers to help encourage you). It's working pretty well for me!
