Brian MacKenzie'smethod of combining the skill of running with strength and conditioning will prepare any runner to stay 'unbreakable' by preventing injuries while gaining strength and speed. I've been a running coach for 15 years and once I started using MacKenzie's programs my athletes have all enjoyed race PRs as well as reducing and eliminating old injuries from overtraining. Highly recommend this book for all runners and coaches.
